Walked in and got flu & covid jabs without an appointment - all over in 2 minutes.Excellent service and friendly and professional personal experience.Don't bother with Boots at New Malden - people think because they are a big corporation that they are better but don't be fooled- they are not accountable

Everyone in our family use PSM for flu and covid vaccinations. They are available for both booked appointments and walk-ins (at least now!), they are friendly, helpful and the person giving the vaccinations is good at distracting you so that you barely realise it?s happened. Perfect.

Before going, I was wondering how a pharmacy can have such high rating, especially when others have around 3 points.Went there for my vaccination and saw why.
