Best Sainsbury?s to shop in locally. It?s Modern and clean and very spacious. The car park does get full during peak times. I think a lot of it is the free parking you get so gym goers use it and people shopping in Sutton so intend to shop in the evenings and have no trouble. They also have plenty of children/parents parking.

If I could score lower I would! 3hours to collect item.with emails and texts as proof of purchase online and driving liscense but temporary loss of Argos card I obtained clarification from customer service and passing security checks collecting item would be allowed. But not so with rude and unhelpful staff. Advisor told them it was OK to give me my item. The staff refused!\\nI have used Argos for years Computers,white goods presents for children,grandchildren...Christmas ,mobiles.The Argos card has been brilliant. The previous store in high street...amazing team !\\nI have spent thousands of pounds and don't shop on line!.\\nI was handed a phone so the instore Argos manager could also lie about company policy and hold on to my items.\\nI was not told the phone was on speaker and held it to my ear .it was so loud it still hurts 2 days later. I have received sincere apology from argos management since.\\nI have purchased item there again...much better service...thankyou.

Had finger pointed in my face few times argumentative aggressive considering my opttions to deal with these uneducated staff who have no idea how to treat customers i will take action as this will be on cctv im not prepared to tolerate such treatment i was on a chat platform re this as was informed they was all aware of bad servicee rude attitude so this is not an isolated case shame on argos

Lovely service today from Lloyd. We bought a bike and had to cycle it home - he went above and beyond to make sure it was safe and put together correctly.

I will never go back here. The till staff didn't know how to redeem my nectar points, which was the main reason I went. They made me queue up at customer services just to be told the same thing.

Staff were extremely helpful and patient as I was unfamiliar with the ordering procedure. They waited for me to get to grips with the system and gave service with a smile.??

Brought an item which we didn't know had an EU plug. The manager and his colleague were rude and said how the box was opened he would not issue a refund. Both colleagues were rude and refused to even listen to why I weren't happy with the product. The Manager Dean needs training on customer service and kept looking to the instore security for assistance which was funny. Even a store credit would have been fine but you can tell they won't even bother with refunds as he wants to meet his kpis. Avoid thus store the manager Dean is rude, condescending and will not help customers.

I can't believe how shocking the staff are inside Argos Sainburys came in today to pick up my present for my brother and was told I need ID...which is a joke as I've never been asked for ID before ever in argos also I'm going to state I'm a 27 year old man no Christmas spirit and never getting my custom again.I'm out!

Terrible!What is wrong with you people.I have tried for two days to purchase an echo dot 4thgeneration.The model iam trying to buy is the more advanced one .It has better speakers and sound quality amongst other things.Your online site has it listed at 69.90 it has been this price (and still is as I type this) for the last three days.When i try to buy it at your new shop in Sutton Sainsbury's they tell me it's 89.90What is the correct PRICE!Andrew

Popped in very quickly to pick up an order made online.The staff were all having a good chit chat behind the tills just out of sight of customers. Took a few minutes before anyone appeared to help at which point it's was very quick to grab my item and leave.

ARGOS IN SUTTON - Customer service shocking! The boy behind the counter argued with me, wasn't helpful. He even said do I honestly expect that he knows what Argos sells! I appreciate someone may not know something, but if you work at a shop and a customer asks a question at least try find out from a colleague whether they know about the product. ARGOS- I suggest you get your employees in Sutton on customer training as I will not be shopping there anymore and you will lose out on customers and profit. I had a huge order and I will go to another shop instead as I don't need poor customer service. Cheers!
