The skill of the staff is incompetent especially in dealing with the APP software. They tried 3 times and used 6 hours including waiting and identification check and the APP problem still can?t solve

Not enough staff to help everyone, always broken down machines and there's a few rude women who work there.

Barclays is one of UKs largest banks . The service however is very poor. Barclays shut the wallington branch where the service was attentive and superb, now we have the sutton branch which just cannot cope with the footfall. Barclays you need to instigate a customer service rescue plan! It's just hopeless and your staff invariably get engaged elsewhere whilst talking to the customer.

Five stars to Maggie and her colleagues for helping me regain the will to live this morning after a long wait because of a faulty machine on the only counter, thanks Maggie for being so helpful and sympathetic!

After 3 hours queuing up and completed all paper work required to verify my address, and confirmed all was sorted it, they call me after few days to come back again because they missed something.Waist of time.

Please have someone look at your building alarm. It?s been going off all day and it?s close to midnight and it?s still blaring. Have a 20 minute cut off or leave a number for the manager to be contacted to shut it off.

Best avoided but if you do absolutely have to go in to do a basic admin task with them, make sure you take a change of clothes, a toothbrush, some snacks and a few good books. You will be waiting a very long time to see anyone.

Went to open an account online, couldn't get through the ID part so went to the branch to ne Met by a disinterested lady at the meet and greet table. Told me we might be able to help or maybe not. And appointments aren't til June. So I yold her there are plenty of banks along the High Street and i left. The attitude of this lady was the main reason I left the branch. Friday afternoon 3pm. I went to Lloyd's bank where they were really helpful, opened the account and took a large cash deposit.

Although the two ladies on reception were a little assertive they were very helpful. The other member of staff we dealt with today was efficient and charming and showed compassion in our grief.

I needed to deposit some funds, so used the outside machine. Very handy.

Worse Barclays Branch I ever visited, queues start on the street. Only three machines and one Cashier. Sometimes no Cashier, just the machines. Every time I visit one of the machines is broken. Waiting times can go from 15 to 30 minutes.

Just went, really awful, half the machines don?t have the notes you want and won?t accept deposits of coins. Awful, the staff are super aggressive pushing you towards till, long lines, at both ends. Seriously people don?t know where to line up, expect banking to take 15 minutes but a minimum of 45 minutes wait after 9.30am, just an awful branch. Seriously get more cashier staff. That 1 cashier women is doing so much work, compared to the rest. The bank has really hit its lowest standard. Better to go post office where service is quick and the staff genuinely cares and have the notes. Awful waiting time, sometimes you have to lean against a wall, or just ask strangers are you in the queue. More Barclays staff are standing around doing very basics work, and the cashier lady is the real star and hard worker of the branch. But positive side, good time to work for a bank as a machine helper, super easy job. But can you imagine cash machines that doesn?t have the notes you need but the hopeless staff push you that way. Go to the cashier and the banking will be done properly.Long lines.
