Freddie upgraded most of the components on my bike several months back and did a great job. A very friendly and professional service, Freddie and his colleague took the time to go through the work needed and gave me lots of useful advice. I didn't feel rushed by them at all which is what I've experienced in other bike shops. Highly recommended!

After leaving my bike almost abandoned for nearly half a year, the mechanic Freddy sorted it out quickly, leaving it from rough and dirty to almost looking brand new. It's not the cheapest service you can get but honestly well worth the money for a full service!

Amazing service. Freddie was so friendly and so helpful. Within 10min my bike was all fixed. If you have a problem with your bike, this is the best place around Earlsfield/Wimbledon Park.

Very, very good. After a truly awful experience at another shop I took my bike to Freddie, who was excellent. Friendly, professional and knowledgeable he got me back on the road and restored my confidence. Cannot recommend him enough and will be returning in the future.

Not the greatest experience. Had two different bikes serviced here. First one last year and once leaving the disc brakes which were fine before going in squeaked constantly. A year later and in a rush in need of a service urgently I took a different bike in. Was promised it will be done on the Friday and I would come the following day as it was needed for the Sunday and nothing had been done with the bike. 30 mins and a rush job later I returned to find not much had really been done apart from the gentleman stating my gear set was broken and there was nothing he could do about it. I then had the privilege of paying £90 for a new inner tube, washer and lube for my chain. The guy needs a brush up on time management and politeness as he was quite dismissive about the whole situation!

Freddie stepped in when a terrible local bike 'repair' company failed spectacularly to fit a new crankset and chain. I turned up with no booking and he was super-accommodating, very knowledgeable, made it run like a dream in 20 minutes. I will be using Bike Clinique for all my future cycling needs! Thanks again ?

Excellent service, I couldn?t rate it highly enough. Bike now looking and riding as good as new. I dropped by the shop first thing and the service was done 2 hours later (I?d be surprised if they?re always that quick!). David explained clearly the different options and the online job system was easy to use and kept me updated on progress. Will be back!
