Title: Consistently Frustrating ExperienceMy experience with Euro Car Parts has been consistently frustrating. Every time I visit to collect items, there's always something missing from my order. This time, it was the oil I needed, which was not in stock despite being listed when I placed my order.I find it incredibly disappointing that this has become a recurring issue. It seems that Euro Car Parts struggles with inventory management, leading to regular disappointments for customers like me.I urge Euro Car Parts to seriously address this problem and improve their stock management processes. Customers rely on your service for their automotive needs, and the repeated inconvenience of missing items is simply unacceptable. Until these issues are resolved, I cannot recommend Euro Car Parts to others.Frustrated Customer

If you've a choice of Sutton or Mitcham euro car parts, definitely use Sutton, the staff are 10000 times more friendlier and helpful, I've used mitcham a few times and will not use again, they're arrogant, I needed a part for my car which they had but due to having to keep waiting around (every single time), being spoken to like I'm forcing them to work, I decided to give Sutton a call, they didn't have the part but ordered it in, was kept up to date with the status of my order by a very cheerful lady on the telephone, these folks are brilliant, thank you so much folks, keep up the brilliant work

I went to the store to order a £125 Milwaukee heated gilet. The guy serving me said it would be in at 8am the next day, and that he would prefer that i paid for it then. I went back the next day to pick it up, to be told that it was now £144. No one knew why the price had changed, lots of "It's head office mate". The item must have been on offer, and I ordered it on the last day. And even though I had ordered it while it was £125, I would now have to pay £144, because "Thats the price on the system. Nothing I can do mate" Needless to say, I left it with them, and bought it elsewhere.

Sutton branch, I visited for the first time.POSITIVES: The guy on the counter was good, polite, precise at what he did. Their stock is good and fairly priced.NEGATIVES: Parking is difficult, too few spaces on a compact shared industrial park. Service was too slow, only one guy serving on the trade counter, he was taking the order, the payment and going to fetch the products. I was 3rd in the queue and had to wait about 10 minutes to be served. There were a number of other staff out the back so I'm not sure they have their priorities right. If they'd had 2 staff up front the experience would have been better.

A bit off the beaten track tucked away behind the Sutton Recycling site, parking can be busy.Chap behind the counter was attentive and jovial, top marks to him for service.
