Wow can?t believe it?s led to me having to come here and write a review but here we are?KFC- Rosehill from being one of my favourite places to come for food has now become/becoming the worst kfc branch in the county no exaggeration!The service is astonishingly slow, dragging their feet across the floor,half arsed not showing any sign of professionalism and this is just unacceptable for a ?Fast-Food? restaurant.Especially for a billion dollar company like KFC who set a example in this industry. Getting a order mixed up and missing a chips isn?t something i moan about it this stuff happens,But the consistency of them always mixing up or not giving the correct orders is just beyond ridiculous.Not only me but every-time I have been there in the last year there was always a order wrong or people at the till complaining the standard of food aswell is agitating too .The list goes on but something has to be done at this branch a change of management is desperately needed so a team that is professional can be put together to work here. If this isn?t possible the place should just be closed down and that?s the last thing I or anyone locals would want.

Entirely love how you guys rush an order, give me what I did not order. And then before I can even call up your ?closed? you?re lucky someone hasn?t sued one of your staff members for this. I know this isn?t the first either. Will be contacting Uber eats and making sure you don?t get a dime. low life?s. U hate your job that much you should go dig up graves.

Came with my daughter to have food at this store . Service is so extremely slow order wasn't correct. Mess in dining area . Toilet are absolutely disgusting lool like haven't been cleaned for days the smell of urine is going in to dining area as soon someone passes. Food is warm not uo to standards at all .

The food was good here, I enjoyed the flavour of the chicken and the fries had a lovely taste. Had to wait for a while but I think that's because this KFC is very popular.

Please please don't go for this place....once we ordered a family pack trusting them blindly took it to the home but they missed the ice creams and half of the food had to drive back all along the way back to shop ... the staff were so silly disrespectful and trying to make fun and still they know their mistake trying not to take blame on themLost respect on entire KFC because of this staff hereI lost cravings of my food as the way the staff treating their customersTry to understand never visit to this shop

First time I tried this KFC the food was so good compared to other KFC. and the way of customer service they explained all about the meal deal offers. And I would thank to Kalpana she is so humble and respectful.

Unfortunately the staff let some disruptive kids sit inside on a wet afternoon; they did not have an order and were throwing furniture around and shouting and screaming and the staff did nothing to chuck them out. Avoid this branch.
