I recently went into the Nationwide in Sutton, I went there to pay a bill. A colleague named William helped me set it up on my app. He was really quick and efficient. He even sent me demo's on how to set them up online myself! This was such a positive experience for me because I went to Barclays that same day and received absolutely no help at all. Thank you to the Sutton staff.

Amazing experience at Nationwide Sutton in Surrey, was greeted by a friendly worker called Phillipe. Such a lovely boy - always striving to do his job the best he can. Talks to me about his girlfriend Sands and tells me constantly about how he receives employee of the month every month which I?m not surprised about! He reads the Financial Times as well. Lovely boy.

Very friendly staff and excellent service. I was greeted by the door and was very politely asked what I wanted to do today and asked to wait in-line until another customer came out. The staff at the counters were also extremely welcoming and helpful, and my transactions were completed very quickly.

Ankit Patel here was very rude to me as a Disabled man using a walking AID. Whilst inside this Branch, i drop my walking aid on the floor so i asked this staff member to hand it back to me but he refuse even though he was wearing Gloves on his hands. i complaint and demanded to see his manager but he said he was the manager which was not true as he was just an ASSISTANT and not a Manager of this BRANCH!

I have been banking with Nationwide since 2001 I think (and I am only 27) the staff have always been helpful and friendly. What has also been brilliant is they tell you about any offers or best things to do but do not put any pressure for you to take the product. (I did take them in the end)
Also when you get paid at midnight it doesn't longer than an hour or two to hit the account.
Very highly recommended.
