Absolutely awful! I live in Sutton and have banked with NatWest for over 15 years. The manager at this branch is rude and extremely unprofessional. I complained and asked for Head office to look at the CCTV?they agreed that she had been rude and even overly agreed I?ve in her banner and awarded me £80 compensation. She was also recommended for further training as a result. I was simply withdrawing money from my business account which she refused accusing me of money laundering because she ?wasn?t happy? with my reasons for wanting cash. I now make the longer journey to Wallington branch?the difference in customer care is outstanding, I NEVER have a problem withdrawing any reasonable amount of cash and they even entertain my 2 year old whilst I speak to the cashier. Sutton branch, judging by these reviews needs addressing.

Excellent service at Sutton brunch, but info on website about adrs is incorrect. It is no longer in St Nicholas shopping centre, still on high street though but a bit up the hill. Right close to Tk max shop. Took me a bit of time to look around but found it soon enough. Please update your location. (Google map also gives st nic location)

Miss Roberts has zero people skills. Said excuse me twice before going up to her to ask for her thinking she may have not heard me but put up a finger to tell me to shush and walked away. She needs retraining in customer service.

I have been a customer of NatWest for twenty years - always been happy with the service. But now I'm frustrated and worried. I have moved from Sutton and need the bank to change my address. This does not seem to happen. I have tried everything I can think of. I have had no clear communication from them, no confirmation. As the Post Office re-election system works in mysterious ways, I get nothing much from them either. The result has been- so far, no communication, no. information - and certainly not the new checkbook I requested three weeks ago.NatWest Sutton, I need you to respond! And an apology would also be good!

I went to Sutton brunch today and it is shut although people were inside.No info was given not even they acknowledged the fact people are outside waving to get their attention. Absolutely disgusted with luck of care!
