“I was a bit anxious about going for my Covid booster, having heard many stories about no masks or precautions being taken in vaccine centres. I was delighted today to find that Barai pharmacy had a covered outdoor waiting area, hand-sanitiser, screens and masks all in place. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the whole operation was extremely well coordinated.”

“I had a prescription for a medication for my 6 year old daughter. Visited asda pharmacy, tesco pharmacy, and the local pharmacies in carshalton and sutton and they all told me they didn't have it.I visited sutton pharmacy and they checked with all their suppliers and told me it was out of stock long term, and advised me on alternatives which were readily available and suitable for my daughter.They straightaway emailed the GP surgery requesting for a prescription for the alternative product. This arrived electronically to the pharmacy and the item was dispensed within minutes.After 48 hours of searching for this medication for my daughter, going to several pharmacies, waiting hours till 2am for 111 doctor to call, arguing with GP to give my daughter another appointment...sutton pharmacy managed to find a solution in no time and i wish i had found them sooner!The pharmacy is always well-stocked, the pharmacists and pharmacy staff are always helpful (as evidenced above) and waiting times are zero.I couldn't recommend this pharmacy enough. I will definitely be getting all my family's prescriptions and medications from there!”

“I have been using Gaigers Chemist since February 2019. The customer service is fantastic, If an item is not in they tell you straight away to come back a couple of days later.They also do home deliveries which is fantastic, for people may not be able to get out.I would certainly recommend this chemist.Keep up the good work.”

“So helpful cannot recommend enough. Pharmacist took one look at my swollen ankle and said I should contact my GP as looked infected. He was right I had cellulitis from an insect bite which can be fatal if not treated. They are also well stocked unlike other pharmacies in the area”

“Brilliant service, it's beyond 5stars for me. My family and I use the service regularly and the staff has been always helpful and polite. I went to get a prescribed milk for my infant baby and there was none in the pharmacy at the time and one of the staff members who was not serving me made numerous calls to other pharmacies locally to check the stocks and came to the counter and hand me the address of the pharmacy, that was very ,thoughtful and went beyond and above to help us. “When the owner/pharmacist is absent things don't work too well. Unfortunately there is a comprehension issue with some of the staff. The nearby expanding successful Stonecot Surgery gives them huge amount of business, consequently they do seem to be be overwhelmed at times and struggle to cope. A process review and more staff with better command of English would be beneficial. I wish Imperial well.”

“I visited the Boots Pharmacy store located at 2, Station Road, Cheam, Sutton, Surrey SM3 8SW (UK) on 18/08 to purchase some medication for my son (who could possibly be at risk of anaphylaxis due to repeated wasp stings. I keep emergency medication on hand in the event he is stung by a wasp again whilst we wait for a referral to an allergy specialist). My son was due to spend the weekend with his father, who had mislaid the medication that I had previously supplied.I spoke to the pharmacist, Sana, who advised me according to my son's needs and as I was due to make payment - I broke down into tears and was unable stop or catch my breath. She asked if I wanted to go into her consulting room, to which I agreed and she accompanied me in, sat me down, gave me tissues, listened to me talk, listened to my fears about my son being stung again by a wasp, hugged me and then gave me further professional medical advice (which I will follow up). After approximately 10 minutes I regained composure, paid for the medication and left.I suppose the point of this lengthy review is not only to illustrate her professionalism, knowledge and customer service, but also her humanity. If she had let me leave the store in a state of panic and anxiety, I could have easily not paid attention to crossing the road (for example) or crashed my car etcHer actions made a huge impact on me and I will be revisiting the store to thank her myself and I feel extremely strongly that she should be recognised for her actions.”

“SO HELPFUL! Went in to check something with allergies and pick up a prescription and left my phone. An amazingly lovely lady scrolled through the cctv footage to find it was me and waited at the shop to give it to me as I was going on holiday the next day. An absolute angel!”

“Hello I’m a regular at coppers and tbh they have closed early on this particular bank holiday which I was not aware of and also closed on the Saturday as well as the Monday !! I was unable to collect my important weekly medication 5 days without them and I’m going mad to be fair the man in the chemist did mutter something to which I couldn’t hear anyway and 111 r useless too. However a few weeks later the boss man was back and we sorted out our issues and I’mnow quite satisfied with coopers so rant over !! Thank you”
