I miss the old post office, in front of Morrisons. This one is always busy and under staffed. There is one lady who is nice but all other staff don?t want to be there, they walk away when everyone stands there queuing and there isn?t any help given at the self service machines either. Very disappointing, please can something be done about it. I would put star minus if I could because it?s not worth one star.

Worst post office ever........the queue always long long and just one teller. People always walk away and leave because its just too slow.....and services is really bad. I Pray I never have to visit there again.

There seems to only ever be one member of staff working there at any time. There is no separate queue for the self service machines, which needs a member of the counter staff to put your parcels in the post bag, rendering the service pointless.

Truly terrible. Always busy, queues out the door and down the street, and often just one employee behind the counter. Self service machines off or out of order. They don't implement click and drop properly, no way to hand over prepaid parcel unless you queue, then the parcel is last priority and may not be sent until the following day, rendering the service useless.

This place should be called Sutton slow post office. 0 out of 3 self service machines are working. Six counters and only one member of staff working.\\n\\nIf you do use this post office, make sure you turn up very very early before your plans start... you'll be waiting in line for 45 mins easily.

Very cold staff who ask stupid questions and are quite unaware of the post that arrived on that day. Terrible experience compared to that at the top of the high street with friendly staff.

The staff is not helpful at all. I arrived the post office 10 minutes before they close and was refused to give me my package and told me to go back on Monday? What a stupid thing to say, if you are not going to serve customers do not open on a Saturday.

The post office staff is useless! Went there today 30-8-19 and staff was keep going on break and no one knew how to do ID check! I asked to speak to retail managers and I was told this person wouldnâ??t be able to help me because he/she doesnâ??t know it either! Go elsewhere is you need a Post Office service

Pre paid for the postage. Waited in line for the self scan. After around 10m finnaly got to a machine to be told I have to go to the back of the main line to see a person. So much for being faster to pre pay. 5 counters with 2 staff one of which accepts jumping the que for travel money. I have been in this line over 30m the staff have been shouting at the customers and it's nearly a riot.

The new post office in WHSmith is very poor, I went there to send a small parcel, on a Saturday midday. I was there for just over an hour as there was one member of staff on the till. This woman clearly had not been properly trained as all I could hear from her was â??I donâ??t know how to do thatâ? or â??what do I do?â?. Everyone was clearly frustrated by the service. Multiple people would come to the till after waiting as long as I did and be told that this member of staff could not do what they need and be told to go elsewhere.
