Fantastic gym, but absolutely ruined by the waves of school kids that attend in groups of 4/5 people. They have no respect for other gym users or equipment. Regularly piles of dumbbells are left out as a makeshift Ninja Warrior course and they are rarely tidied up by the kids. The sheer lack of awareness of other people's space is also a huge issues. You'll have groups interrupting the "safe space" around other users. Who will be to blame when one of them gets knocked by a weight coming down. Or even worse yet bumping into someone mid set holding a weight over their heads/faces.Some examples of unacceptable behaviour I've witnessed, asides from poor form are a group ripping the t-shirt off another persons back on one occasion. On another a teenage couple having a kiss and cuddle in the middle of the cable machines. The gym really isn't the place to get to second base. After the latter today I've had enough and cancelled my membership to join another gym. Such a shame because the gym is very well equipped, and the PTs are friendly.I know the gym should be accessible for all but you should draw the line at using it for a children's nursery. This sort of behaviour needs to be challenged. Anyone under the age of 21 should have a mandatory face to face induction to educate them about poor behaviour and safe practices in the gym.

great place, you can spend time and do whatever you want. When you live in London, you don't always have time for yourself.

Standard puregym. Got a workout in but it?s so busy with their target demographic of 16 year olds with crocs on that it does do your head in waiting for kit you need.

The man cleaning the ladies is a bad, bad ,bad idea! Poor guy, either standing in front of the door waiting for to be empty sohe can clean, or he is cleaning and we go home sweaty.I don't like it, not many of the women there !Find a solution, will you?

The PT Jack is amazingPureGym are an amazing fitness outfit.I recently left a local gym to PureGym and they have no respect or show emotional well-being to their members. We all know how important mental health is and PureGym are great examples of this.I would like to apologise for leaving PureGym for another Gym who promised, the world and failed to deliver, another example of the grass isn't greener on the other side :-).They advertise they are the best gym in Sutton with placards and they are clearly not!!!Shout outs to Brett & JackNo pain no gain!!!

Cheap but I wouldn?t say cheerful. Things take ages to get repaired including toilets/urinals and machines. Not the cleanest space I?ve ever been to - in particular the changing rooms and toilets. Never showered there and don?t plan to - I wait until I get home. Peak times are genuinely a nightmare?no parking and no access to the most popular machines including benches in the free weight area. 2/5 but most of the stars are due to the cost and?and the cost alone. Ultimately you get what you pay for.

I have been a member of this gym for some time. There are certain members of staff that are nice, some not.One of the reasons I am leaving this gym is the inexcusable attitude problem of a staff member at this gym that recently has made my experience torrid. Not only was this member of staff's attitude, despicable and unprofessional, I am also leaving due to the fact that the gym has become over-ridden with pubescents and about 200 people to one apparatus, which practically means a severely long wait time. It's obviously an unprofessional measure to try to horde in as much people as possible without regard for the addition of more machines and/or controlling flow of members. The gym itself has a nice colour-scheme, a unique layout and some decent people. I've had my own fair share of pickling with a few other users but aside from that, the gym has boded well for a 6 year period. I guess, due to the fact that there are huge aspects of unprofessionalism involved in this or these gyms now, I need to relinquish it and move on, which I gladly will.

Only giving 1 star as there is no option for zero. Bought a day pass for my grandaughter for this gymn. She travelled 30 mins to get there and on arrival the pin number they sent her would not work so she couldn't get in. She rung the bell several times as online it said if pin doesn't work ring bell and a member of staff will let you in. After 1 hour of trying to use the pin and ringing the bell, with no staff appearing, she gave up and went home. No way to call them as when you call the number that is online an automated voice tells you that you can only make contact via social media. Would advise if you are looking for a gymn do not use Puregymn.

Zero gym etiquette by most members and it's always full of children in packs of 5-10 pretending to train while on their phones. Could use a lot more staff. Also never seen the hand sanitiser refilled. It's cheap, but you get what you pay for I guess.

Very small but decent enough. However, it is full of children definitely under the age of 16 which is pretty disconcerting especially when they are spending time in the free weights section and clearly struggling

Terrible experience. They don?t have a normal door, and even though they knew the lift was not working they did not bother to put a note on it. This led to me getting stuck in the lift. The alarm button does not seem to work either. Luckily another gym goer got help me as otherwise I would have died in the lift that has no ventilation and is directly in the sun in a heatwave. Gave me a panic attack. Staff member still refused to put a note on it, saying she had to discuss it with a manager, putting other people at risk of a traumatic experience. Awful place.I have been told that if I do not want to use the lift of death I have to take a 10 minutes detour, from the car park to the street and then look for the main entrance. When I was leaving I begged them to put a note on the door, the staff member I spoke to lied that she already did it. Yet after I did the 10 min detour to get to the car, I checked and the note still wasn?t there.

Could be alot better than just a good gym. Evenings can be hard as there are not many (if any) staff available. This is not a reflection of the staff itself but more on patrons and gym etiquette. Free weights not put back in the correct place, or at all, can make the gym look messy. When staff arr around, they are great with that. Same with the changing rooms and bottles left on benches or clothing just left on hooks instead of being placed in lockers. Finally, some minor aesthetics such as not having all the tvs working/on or metal wall skirting in the main studio not fixed does not give a welcoming feel. Though the car park is not run by Pure Gym (I think it is Euro Car Parks) the lighting does not work so the car park is dark and the barrier (concrete base) has been broken for a few years now.Have those things sorted and you'd have a top gym.

I have just re-joined after covid and met a new personal trainer. He is very knowledgeable and takes it seriously, which is exactly what I want. I cannot wait to get started!
