Decent parking spaces, much more room than my local in Wallington. Massive store, pleasant enough.

Quiet a small Sainsbury's in comparison to Sutton store, and only about a third of the range of products.

This store is in a good location with very good size of carpark and the store itself. However I do not know why their items are always missing, for example, 9 out of 10 visits the pack of 12 large size eggs are always empty, but there are tons of pack of 6, understanding there are no shortage for eggs now and the other supermarkets are available for that, even the other branches of Sainsbury have it too, the only way to buy 12 Large eggs here is to buy 2 pack of 6 with 4 pounds but not a pack of 12 with 2.95 pounds. What a shame to waste such a great hardware.

I used to enjoy shopping at Sainsbury's, but this is a long gone memory due to a misinformation on Sainsbury's website I relied on and ended up paying dearly for it. The website states that the parking is allowed free for the customer up to 2 hours. This is not true! At least not at Sutton where I was penalised for parking over 1h 30 mins. This is most disappointing. on top of this the management staff does not respond to queries via social sites when I tried to raise the issue. You could really do better!

I have never been so insulted and disrespected in my entire life. Went to buy dishwasher tablets yesterday evening. Self service machine crashed after I'd put cash in. After a long explanation the store manager agreed to give me my change.. Then as I was about to walk out of the door he stopped me and said he wanted to check the CCTV. My partner was blocking the view of the moment I put my cash into the machine so the store manager thought I had not paid. They took back the £5. So I just paid £10.60 for a box of dishwasher tablets. I'm a new num who was venturing out for the first time that day. Sensitive, exhausted, baby brain. Not able to 'defend myself'. Not that I should have to. Who goes to a store with a young baby to steal a box of dishwasher tablets? I've never been so mistrusted in my life. That man has no idea how to treat people, let alone honest customers. He needs to get off the shop floor and back to the back office where he belongs. He even suggested contacting customer service about it. As if I have time to go through that rigmaroll when I have a crying baby to care for 24/7. It was a huge mission to leave the house and buy dishwasher tablets. I was nervous about leaving the house in case the baby woke up. This was a worse experienced than I ever imagined. I wish I'd just stayed at home.

This Sainsbury?s is located to the centre of Sutton. There are plenty of parking space outside and inside the covered car park. The only concern is that the mobile signal is not always food in store and inside the covered car park. If you are going to use any form of electronic giftcard, please make sure that you make it available before you check out.

I recently visited Sainsbury's in Sutton and had a very positive experience. The store was clean and well-organized, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I was able to find everything I needed quickly and easily, and the prices were reasonable. I was particularly impressed with the selection of fresh produce, which was high quality and reasonably priced. However, I am not happy about Sainsbury's offering reduced prices to Nectar card holders. This discriminates against customers who do not have a Nectar card, or who may not want to use one. I believe that all customers should have equal access to the same prices, regardless of whether or not they have a loyalty card.Despite this concern, I would still recommend Sainsbury's in Sutton to anyone looking for a convenient and affordable grocery shopping experience. However, I urge Sainsbury's to reconsider its policy of discriminating against non - Nectar card holders.

I only visited to lay a wreath for the brave men and women who served in HMS Eagle Star, which stood on the site before Sainsbury's, and who gave their lives in the tireless pursuit of insurance nivarna. Unfortunately, security asked me to leave and take my wreath with me...
