I would like to thank Laura, Sydney and the Wickes team for help with a project recently.I am Headteacher at a local Primary School and had contacted Wickes for support with a project. The staff I dealt with could not have been more friendly, supportive and generous with their time. They were able to support us with quality resources at short notice and ensured that our project had a professional finish.See pictures for the before, during and after, including border edging from Wickes.

We?ve just arrived and asked for help finding a few bits (we have the product codes and images) and were told there is no one available to help us. Even though there is a woman clearly available and able to help. Disgusting customer service - training needed. Don?t go here not worth it when other stores are far more helpful and interested in their customers.

We went to buy the kitchen from wickes sutton in mid 2022 , plans were drawn by Emma the kitchen designer as per our budget....we informed Emma that we are looking for just a reasonable basic kitchen that would last for around 4 years as we got an plan for extension in future...this conversation was overheard by Mike Ellis head of the department and he recommended CD&B company direct Alan Murphy to do the extension job within our budget, he told us that there is no point in buying the kitchen if there are plans for extension. Being recommended by yhe manager of Wickes we trusted him or the brand Wickes and gave the extension contract to CD&B Ltd Alan Murphy, we explained Alan our budget and situation and he gave us the quote of 55k and he asked us to pay signing amount of 5k, the work begin and so the payment plan started, after 4 weeks Alan took 24K and did not get a brick at our door step all he did was the foundation which the building control has failed. Alan started demanding more money to continue with the job and because we stopped the cash flow he stopped the job and left us in an vulnerable condition in the winter with our new born... pls see the below pics our house was left....we contacted Wickes to get in touch with Mike Ellis whose word we took but all we get the response is that he no longer works for the company. I think wickes should take the accountability for their employees action to caused us immense distress.....I am happy to discuss this further to anyone who wants further information on the people involved and forged CD&B Ltd, this matter is logged to National crime, trading standards, local authorities and local websites....

After having Rupert call me who told me they hadn't completed my kitchen design as they had been on holiday and then rudely told me I would be better off going to B&Q for a quote and that it was not worth me coming in on Saturday to discuss my options. They then sent me a text message a 4 year old could have sent about another customer, which a heads up is a MAJOR data breach.Maybe have a look at how you speak to customers given that you work in sales and work on commission. As Rupert put it don't waste your time and go to B&Q

The staff were polite, prices are high in my humble opinion.

Owned by Travis Perkins who are intent to maximise profits at the expense of decent wages, employment contracts and working conditions. Same as everyone else then. OK, rant over. They had what I needed. Decent parking and access. Nobody policing the disabled bays for errant BMW and Mercedes drivers (there were both).

This whole place is a joke. Management down to their delivery service. Terrible. Continuous missing items which you can only deal with the store. Customer Complaints do nothing and say I've forwarded your complaint to the store and they will deal with it...how terrible is that? I would personally ask you to avoid any headache and just avoid wickes in general.

If thinking of buying something take care.I bought a kitchen for £12000 18 months ago. The fitter did not seal the floor tiles to the cabinets and as a result i now have water damage to one of my cupboards caused simply by cleaning my floor.Customer service is a joke! They asked me to contact their fitter, asked me to measure up the cupboard and since then i haven't hesrd from them. Oh sorry except for them to send me an email asking how they had done!

Great place to shop and grab what you need, always check online though because they might not have it in the branch closest to you!

21 century , 2 yers of covid you still need to go to brunch to order kitchen as this can not be done online.Avoid Sutton brunch kitchen designers. They don't know their system and struggle to place simple order. I had to go to the brunch 3 times to get few end panels and plinths.Terrible customer service.
