I was shocked about the customer service I received. My washing machine broke and I called to enquire how much it would cost me to fix it. I was quoted £150. I said I need to think about it as my washing machine was cheap and cost just £200. The guy said ''right, job done, bye bye" and hung up! Not the most pleasant start of the day!

He always answers the phone promptly and then attends to investigate the problem at the earliest opportunity he can, which is usually in less than 24 hours. He always comes up with a cost-effective and sensible solution to washing machine and tumble dryer problems. When he can't repair an item, he immediately says so. I called on Monday and had a visit the next day!He gave me a time window and arrived well within that window.He diagnosed the problem in minutes and had the part in his van. Within 45 minutes the machine was working again!
