The two ladies who work here on Saturday are so unprofessional and patronising. Zero knowledge giving out completely false and harmful health information. They?ve advised me (as a diabetic suffering with serious anemia) to get iron supplements from the shelf. Laughable and again, so patronising. The Monday-Friday staff are much more knowledgeable and do not deserve this rating albeit the Saturday staff must be replaced as they are letting the pharmacy down.

Excellent service and availability of vaccines at the vaccination clinic. Catarina Martins is no doubt the most knowledgeable professional and courteous member of staff there. It was so convenient to have them done under one roof. Definitely will be booking again for anymore travel vaccines. Thank you Catarina. ?

I came to this Pharmacy with my son for travel vaccination. We met Catarina, who was an amazing Travel advisor and Pharmacist. So well informed and a kind girl. We need people like her out there. She was lovely. She also gave us a discount. Lovely friendly ambience. Thank you Catarina.

The staff are always so helpful. The pharmacist noticed a mistake on my daughter?s prescription which, if gone unnoticed, could have caused her some serious trouble or even an overdose!Glad that they are all so good at what they do!

Rude and patronising StaffI return a pair of earplugs just after I bought them as they were the wrong one first they want to charge a £3.80 . When the earplugs were priced on the shelf at £2.82 then Instead of refund me they charge me again . I try to explain to them that I was charged again and they refunded me after all the drama . a woman (staff ) stepped in and she was so patronising and rude I complained and she just said to me this things just happen you will get you refund back within 4-5 working days . Unacceptable customer service . Never again

I can highly recommend Herbert and Shrive's earwax removal service. For the fee both ears were treated, and in my case several sessions were needed (without further charge). There is a high regard for safety and good practice, and the procedure is handled in a professional and patient manner.

I would thoroughly recommend the micro suction service . I recently used this , with other members of my family and we were all very happy with the service provided. Holly has a very nice manner in dealing with the public.
