I?ve always used this pharmacy as in the past they have been very helpful, friendly and gone the extra mile. Sadly this has changed and on my last visit I left feeling overcharged and so sadly will now be using another pharmacy. My grandfather was a pharmacist and so because of him I have always used the small independent pharmacists but I feel I now have no choice but to use the big chains when I paid twice as much for a private prescription here than I would have paid at boots. So sad that greed and a ?minimum prescription fee of £18? has lost my many happy years of custom. I don?t know what?s changed over the many years I?ve used your shop but sadly I will not be returning as although I did pay your very steep charge it has left me feeling taken advantage of so I won?t be returning. It?s a free market, and you can indeed legally charge what you wish for a private prescription but £18 for something we have previously paid less than £9 for is unacceptable. I wanted other items today, so I went down the road to boots and bought them there!

I recommend KC Pharmacy .They are always helpful and friendly ,and have given me good advice over the years.The current chemist Kay has been caring ,thoughtful and very helpful with advice .When I had a concerning problem a very necessary doctor visit was prompted .Thank you for your caring professional help!

Just wanted to express my satisfaction and good service I had in KC recently. I wont go into the issue of course but i had a concern and went into see them to discuss, and to see if they felt i should go to my doctor.I chatted through the issue with who I believe is the main Pharmacist, (a gentlemen) and he suggested something. Helped in a couple of days and put my mind at rest.Great service performed in a very professional way.Thank you

I would like to thank KC Pharmacy especially the owner Kay for helping my elderly parents. Kay guided my parents how to navigate the procedure for an observational COVID test that was required prior to flying. Kay went above and beyond with his customer service. I highly recommend this pharmacy.

Amazing staff and very efficient, thank god someone was doing their job right, I was prescribed penicillin from walk in Centre (which I?m allergic to) and when asked at the KC pharmacy they doubled checked and I told them I?m allergic to penicillin. Thanks to the team for getting it right I couldn?t rate them highly enough
