My husband went in to ask for my prescription to be filled with a product that has been difficult to find. Kirby said they couldn't help either. When going to another chemist I was told that Kirby now owns this prescription. They did not tell us this and were unable to help. This amounts to fraud in my book. Now they won't pick up the phone - it has rung for 5 minutes without being picked up.Outrageous..

I visited Kirby Pharmacy today and have to say the service I received was excellent from the pharmacist and his team. I have been suffering with acute planter fasciitis and I received exceptional consultation and got special personal moulded insole that has given me a lot more comfort from my pain. I am very happy to recommend this pharmacy for their extended services thank you

I used their services for travel vaccinations and can definitely recommend them for that. Booking was easy with Dipali and she competently instructed and vaccinated me with a number of shots for a trip to Africa.

Ahmad from the pharmacy section of Kirby has proven to me that injections can be administered almost painlessly. He has succeeded where others, in my long life, have fallen short. I normally dread, and avoid if possible, sharp needles and innoculations, but Ahmad has restored my faith in the process. He also demonstrated patience and provided sources of useful reliable medical knowledge that I required.

Was referred here by my GP practice for rabies jabs x 3. Jabs were administered each time in a consultation room by Ahmad, the pharmacist, who was ultra professional and even offered advice re my travel plans. A very personable service. Had all my jabs on Saturdays and Sundays, which was great as I work full-time. Thoroughly recommend this travel clinic.

Best dentist ever! Farah is the most knowledgeable, kind and confident dentist who you feel complete trust in (Iâ??m very cyclical in general just so you know). She is a rare breed of competence with a very caring and gentle approach and a good sense of humour to relax you. She canâ??t do enough to make you feel comfortable, explains everything and you feel you are being consulted and given options and choices as to how to proceed with your dental care depending on your feelings and finances. I never write reviews so please take this as a very meaningful and honest one! My whole family now go and we all feel the same! Donâ??t waste your time with other dentists in the area as itâ??s truly a great experience from the first moment of contact - the lady on reception is delightful as are the lovely dental nurses too - to leaving with your treatment completed. Itâ??s almost enjoyable!

Dipali and all the brilliantly knowledgeable and helpful staff at Kirby Chemist, are an incredible resource and advantage to living in Teddington. They are always helpful and kind and I have really enjoyed building a relationship up with them over the 20 years I have lived in Teddington. It has been great to see their business grow and Kirby Chemist is one of the main assets to Teddington High Street. They treat me as an individual and I don't know what I'd do without them.

I visited the clinic for travel immunisation information for a work trip abroad and received very helpful, comprehensive and friendly advice from Ahmad. He was extremely knowledgable about a wide variety of travel health issues and on having a series of rabies jabs his treatment was kind, gentle and caring. I would highly recommend the clinic at Kirby Chemist for all health concerns including travel related ones!
