Terrible customer service and products. We purchased an expensive ring very recently. Within one month and only after two wears the ring had lost a diamond and then a further diamond fell off just before sending it back to the Shop so they could ?assess? it. They had said it usually tajes 1-2 weeks but we got a reply the next working day basically saying that it was ?customer fault? the email was poorly written and the review wasnt attached. Clearly that wasnt possible as it had been worn twice and i own multiple diamond rings for years which have been subject to alot of rough handling and i have never lost a stone on any of them. They first told us we had to pay for the repair. We argued that it most definitely wasnt our fault and that their customer service was terrible and we then decided we wanted a refund as its mot worth keeping a diamond ring that broke after two wears in its first month and will most probably break again and they refused. Really bad service and unhappy with product. I hope they will do the correct thing and refund us.

Absolutely disgusting the way they work! I suffer with bi polar purchased a 5450£ watch called back less than 24 hours later and was told I wasn?t allowed a refund even tho the watch had stopped working! Called back next day was told Rolex watches do tend to stop. Called back the next day and was told to bring watch in shop would need 48 hour testing called back 48 hours ago nothing wrong with watch so I come in and when I was at the shop the manager said for safe of mind I want to give watch to repairs man 3 days later watch had something wrong with it! DO NOT BUY HERE\\nMade to think I bought from second hand shop and anything couple go right, £5450 is not second hand money for a 1979 Rolex watch.

I brought two rings from the store with my late father?s inheritance and my whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. All the staff are so informative, helpful and very professional. Came in to collect my engagement and wedding ring that I had serviced. Terrible customer service. I was initially refused my rings, unless I have a photo ID to show, which was not mentioned when i received the phone call. \\\" Lovely\\\" sales assistant then said this is to prevent theft, that I could be anyone and trying my luck here!!! All 3 of them were not interested that I can confirm all account details, the rings specification and what service I ordered and paid for. Luckily, as I recently travelled, I had a photo of my ID on my phone, that they eventually accepted. Horrible way you let your staff treat customers. Never this kind of customer service before. I will make sure I take my business elsewhere and make sure I spread the word!

I've visited my local store in Kingston Upon Thames a couple of times recently. The staff were excellent, showing me a range of watches. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble to help me find what was best for me. Very impressed with the service I received.

I would really advise people to stay away from this shop.The level of customer service is absolutely appalling.I bought a bracelet for the wife and wanted to exchange after a few days. They were quite clear upfront that they would not refund, but I could also only and exclusively exchange in shop. The credit was not usable anywhere else, including online. But what I really found appalling was that they were clearly completely unwilling to ship the alternative we found to the shop. And the shop itself does not have much on offer.
