How difficult is it to put together an order without missing anything out. Well apparently it is very difficult for macdonalds. Ordered deluxe burger and fries. Just got delivered fries only, wow unbelievable!

Food was given to me stale I was waiting 30mins+ for my meal to the point I missed a cab, they?re busy talking and having fun instead of working. Poor customer service. Poor management. They were busy having conversations about vacations, I could hear customers complaining from the drive thru. As an old employee this was just embarrassing and sad. Wonderful way to ruin someone?s morning. Imagine it took 50mins for 2 simple breakfast wraps

Priority should not be given to drive through customers. I noticed my food was ready, but staff were giving out meals to drive through customers first. There should be one member of staff dedicated to dine- in customers.That being said, all the staff were pleasant. Food good quality, large choice of food and reasonable prices.

Don't order from user eats delivery from this restaurant as they send wrong or missing items and still charge you for food you never received. Disgusting service and rude people answering phone. They are no help at all. Ripping off Disabled people and doing them out of money.

Guys , I was asked to pay £60 penalty for not parking properly while waiting my order where as car park was half empty and I just crossed the one side?s line while parking. They should remove this parking control system. They should have considered to costumer and it was just over the line not more than may be 5 cm out of bay!Parking: I was asked to pay £60 penalty because I was parked out of bay around 5-8 cm. It was just a little over the white line. If I was parked and gone out of car that would be understandable , but I was asked to wait my order and I was inside my car. This is not acceptable as a customer.

I have ordered some food via uber eats and of course one item was missing. I can't reach mcdonald's, it says constantly that line is busy, out of 70 calls 70 times??? How on Earth they can't prepare a simple order with literally 7 items in it, from which 3 and 3 were the same?
