Went to the Kingston branch twice yesterday and was a bit disappointed.I tried the first time to grab the attention of a shop assistant as there were no products displayed in stock for what I wanted, but unfortunately they were all talking to customers (that happens!). Came back 30m later, and they were still talking to the same customers? I just gave up and will order online unfortunately

I went here on Saturday and was served by lady called Laila (I think that?s what her name is). She was really helpful as I struggled with colour matching - I eventually settled for something with her recommendation.Unfortunately and genuinely, the product didn?t suit me (happens!) and I needed to take it back to change. I went this afternoon and I have to say I had a really positive, easy, no fuss experience.I was served by Eva who was very understanding and pleasant. She was thoughtful and tried to help me to get the right product for my skin - eventually she suggested a small sample to take home to try which I have done and she arranged for me get a voucher in exchange for the product I had bought so that I can come back buy what I need to when I?m ready.Really easy and straightforward process - I left feeling positive as I was not pressured at all to buy something I was unsure about. Thanks for your help Eva and Laila.

Thanks Maya for recommending some great products and making my experience so enjoyable - especially after having such a negative experience at the Battersea branch. I will be back to this one!

Adore the staff in Spacenk Kingston! They are super helpful, always willing to help and go the extra mile. Their product knowledge is fantastic too. Highly recommended going to this branch for any advice you need as they are fantastic.

I used to shop regularly at this store with my girlfriend, but not anymore. My last visit was appalling. These two employees (blonde and brunette) were more interested in chatting amongst themselves and giving my partner dirty looks than to offer advice on the products. Space NK should be ashamed of themselves for hiring such rude staff. Used to be a respectable establishment but my new first impressions after looking at some of the poorly done fillers/surgical jobs on these poorly trained employees when they would rather look down their noses over treating people like humans... more plastic on the employees than on the shelves. Do yourselves a favour, save your time, money and eyes, don't shop here.

I am a regular & loyalty card-holding customer to the Kingston store. I always aim to head in for a more personable service, unfortunately, my past few visits have been terrible. The staff are more concerned over gossiping loudly between each other, touching up their own make-up and laughing between themselves, than any level of customer experience.However, today was totally unacceptable. While asking one of the shop assistants (who was over by the counter), whether she recommended a certain product by Byoma, her response (shouting across the store) was "well...it's (Byoma) is for younger skin." I was obviously confused by this, since this is the first i've heard that this brand is uniquely for 'younger skin', by which she added, "if you're over the age of 25, it will do nothing for your life".I saw nothing sign posting that anyone under the age of 25 was not to buy this range. Secondly, the assumption of my age or what my skin needs, without any consultation, was absolutely ridiculous and rude. I am 29, and under no illusion that I am no longer 25. And if I was? How mortifying would that have been to have had someone tell me i'm older than I look. If she felt another range was more appropriate for my skin type, i'd have been more than happy to have come in at a later date to have sampled some different skin care. Lastly, I have put my trust in the assistants in Space NK stores nationwide, to offer expert advice on skincare, and (for the most part) received amazing service. The extent of advice I was given was "it will do nothing for your life". My life? I'm buying skincare, not a personal assistant. What a ridiculous and ignorant comment.In conclusion, I'm disappointed.

Really unhelpful staff! Wanted to get some advice on the Hourglass concealer and foundation shades but was told ?I can just try them out myself?. Staff were more interested in standing around having a conversation between themselves than helping a genuine customer. I wanted to purchase a product when I went in but due to the lack of help I received, I didn?t. Don?t waste your time coming here, you get better service in John Lewis and Bentalls!

Caroline was absolutely fantastic, brilliant suggestions to sort out my skin problems. Great improvement within a week of using product. She has continued to help me with excellent recommendations for my mature skin. Thrilled!

My wife just shopped at your Kingston branch.the customer service was appalling and disgraceful.the manageress(the lady with dark long hair as she claimed she is the store managers)was abusive and unprofessional behaviour.God forbids how could a so call upmarket cosmetic company can employ somebody like this so call manageress.My wife loves the company products but will never shop again with this company especially at your Kingston branch.Only one word avoid at all cost.they are lots of other good cosmetic companies to shop.As for Space NK,I sincerely hope that you will do something and take action against this kind of behaviour by a member of your staff.

Awful, rude and quite frankly shocking customer service by the store manager on more than one occasion. This is not what I expect at SpaceNK. I have been a loyal customer for over 15 years. The Kingston SpaceNK is not the same as other SpaceNK stores. Huffing, sighing, shouting and throwing hands in the air at a customer and then storming off is completely unacceptable.

My wife wanted a "new look" for our son's wedding. After several abortive visits to unmanned/understocked makeup counters in Kingston's department stores we discovered Space NK. The lady who helped us, Sana, was fantastic - friendly, knowledgeable and happy to spend all the time needed to assist my wife in selecting the right products for her. The shop was well laid out with plenty of staff and a wide range of products to choose from. My wife ended up ordering from Space NK online and again the service was excellent.
