I?ve been training since 2021 and originally I was trail and testing protein powders I found online, with no results. As soon as I found the supplement lab and met Bart, he gave me advice on a range of different supplements that could support me building muscle. However, the beginning of this year I decided to stop eating meat and once again Bart provided me with a vegan protein powder that taste great and definitely has been increasing my muscle mass. I would highly recommend as Supplement lab is the best and only supplement store in Kingston providing excellent customer service.
