1.5 hours waiting in the queue to get to the front of the line and then another 0.5 hours to actually get medication. Hire more staff !!! Or sell your pharmacy to someone else who can do a better job.

I am only giving 1 star, I cannot give no stars. The pharmacy needs to know we are not in lockdown, they make people queue outside and shout at people who wander in, like you might with any other Pharmacy. They really enjoy shouting at people, if they were not the only Pharmacy at the Hospital, they would have little or no custom.

Service was slow and one of staff was very rude! One patient waited 2 hours for his medication!

Desperately slow service. One poor guy doing all the work and clearly not enough pharmacy staff as the wait was nearly two hours. Not good enough for the only pharmacy in the hospital.

The procedure in this hospital seems to be that prescriptions issued for the first time by consultants during an outpatient appointment are sent to Lloyds who operate from inside the hospital. The experience of having to use this pharmacy is awful. The system of queuing to request a ticket with a number is incredibly slow. The staff are abrupt and unwilling to even speak to you unless you have a ticket. If you are not familiar with the system they use, you will have to rely on a kind person in the queue to explain it to you. After queuing for around 40mins to get your hands on a ticket, you will then have to hang around outside of the restricted area for possibly an hour or more. Do not try to wait inside the pharmacy, you will be ordered outside by the staff. The pharmacy is a terrible place with surly staff. If you didn?t feel unwell before having to use this dump, you certainly will afterwards. There were poor people on crutches, heavily pregnant people, all swaying in this hateful queue.I got the impression that the pharmacy staff quite enjoy making customers endure this bizarre system in order to collect a prescription. The sly smiles on their faces as they occasionally popped out from behind their secret den, where they are dispensing meds, was worrying.Only a certain type of sick and twisted person could work in this pharmacy. Avoid at all costs. Beg your consultant to write you a prescription on a pad, one that you can take away from this freak show.

The worst pharmacy I ever have to visit. Slow beyond belief with no communication as to how long you will have to wait. I parked for an hour to pick up a prescription and was still ten minutes late back to my car. No other chemist is this slow and yet we are forced to pick up our hospital prescriptions from this inefficient place

They waited until I'd paid for the prescription before telling me that there was a 45min wait time to collect it.

I am sure that no one would like to go there if it was not for the Nayday hospital. The main oerson there is always rude and has no respect for others.Service is so so slow and takes ages to get simple prescription.

Appalling service. The manager turned up way past the opening time and the team too an age to set up. Pharmaceutical delivery drivers were waiting to off load and commented that the situation was not unusual. They were held up and the patients' queue was long. People had to wait up to an hour for a ticket and another 40 minutes or more to collect their medication. The staff did not seem to care.

Totally agree with the other reviews. Bring a book and as-yet untapped reserves of patience. It makes me furious every time I have to tolerate this abysmal service and wait times. I even get the bus because it is too risky and stressful to contemplate paying for parking and then being stuck in a queue as it runs out, which is the constant experience of the others queueing around me. This contract should be removed from Lloyds asap, or they should be forced to hire more staff. Disgraceful.

What a stressful experience! This pharmacy is an absolute joke! On two occasions I have had to wait over 1 hour for my prescription despite calling one hour ahead to let them know I was on the way to collect my prescription to asked them to begin the dispensing process. The staff do not have a clue how to speak to patients and when asked how long will my prescription be I was constantly told ?not long??! That is not good enough consider the parking charge at the hospital. They give you a ticket number so you can wait for your number to be called when your prescription is ready however when i asked the staff has my number been called considering the screen was showing my number had passed I was told ?oh we don?t call the numbers out in chronological order?!??.what is the point of giving everyone a ticket then? The pharmacy staff agree the process at the pharmacy is broken and isn?t fit for purpose I was actually told this over the phone by the pharmacy staff yet they continue to dispense medication in this way.I hate this pharmacy they are an absolute joke i unfortunately have no choice but to use this pharmacy but if you have a choice to go somewhere else then do!! Stay wellClear of this inadequate pharmacy.

The worse pharmacy experience ever!! After I paid, receptionist said, waiting hour is 1 hour!!! I been waiting 1.40 minutes! I have noticed they were so relaxed inside and laughing! They do not care about people how waiting with pain..!!
There should be an option of no stars as this pharmacy has the poorest service I have ever come across. The staff shows no expediency and are rude to enquiries. They stand around gossiping while patients have to sit and wait for over an hour to receive their medication
