Too cramped up, seemed like too much going on. To be honest it was good to see a variety of things sold, it seemed to busy for the evening, however customer service was good.

Post office royal mail staff saying sellotape required to be purchased.... saying £1.89 for postage and £3.95 for postage signature on received, then charging £3.95 anyway .2 foot rule not observed - Covid Delta by staff or public....masks obviously not required by staff ?, even in unscreened areas, concerning. Parcels not taken from public area into screened area immediately, just left in public area ....?Charged 60p for sellotape that Amazon required for parcel that they delivered opened , faulty item inside....refusing to collect , Hermes need to organise labels printing , not my responsibility as customer...to avoid unnecessary post office usage...Hermes need to look after the reviews that state they are not adequately delivering parcels.concentrate on closing down, not flirtatious attempts, konvince ' em at my door.Staff try not use term 'darlinng', that how some pronounced it?As I said it's offending, keep that 'indoors', not required at what's supposed to be a british working environment.

Very friendly, polite staff in the post office.. Very helpful also. The food shop is also well stocked with very good provisions. I highly recommend this business.

My experience was great. Got served quickly by a lovely lady in the post office who is happy to help everyone and give her time to make sure customer happy with the service.Everyone abiding by social distancing well, staff and customers.Even in lockdown other postoffices closedown but this is the only post office who served customer full time to help old people to get thier pensions and paying bills. They work for customers.Sometimes queues become bigger, but staff tries their best to compensate.

Unfortunately they are highly unreliable. Since November they have lost 3 parcel that I sent (all expensive and important - sent using either next day guaranteed delivery, tracked 24 or a courier). The items appear not to go any further after being scanned at the counter. So many in such a short time surely it?s a pattern.

Posted a letter and package at this dump today. I requested standard second class postage for the small parcel and was given a receipt. When I got home I realized that I was charged for a signed second class parcel, which is £1 more the standard 2nd class. Since Covid no signatures are requested, so waste of a pound.Nor did my receipt have the recipient's postcode or reference number.I called this post office and was told by a rude woman that I was given 2 receipts and I lost the second receipt. I explained that this was not the case and she hung up on me!Called back and got the same nasty woman who said someone would call me back and hung up again. How can they call me when I didn't leave my number?Call number 3. Rude man answered, told me they were busy, no one would call me back and hung up.So now I have no proof that I posted the parcel, was overcharged by £1 and have to pray that the recipient receives the package.AVOID this 3rd world hovel!!!!!

Dirty and smelly place, mess everywhere. Step in to feel like in another, still developing country. Out of date food on display. Post office itself advertised on Google as open till 6pm. It's not. Closed at 5pm. Sorry mate - that's all they can say. Best to avoid.

The staff are rude and water is always leaking from the ceiling which is concerning because they also sell food. I use the Post Office Drop and Go Service and each time I asked them to provide a receipt they have me the runaround. I later found after reviewing my account against the receipts they provided they were overcharging my account. Each time I asked for the manager I was given some excuse.

Good location, offers most services and the staff are quite helpful but limited so there are often long queues. It can get really busy at the end on the month due to car taxing. They no longer open late evening or on Sundays. The shop also has some cheap groceries too.
