Staff in there are friendly. They sell things like water , toilet rolls,etc which when bought can be delivered to you which is good. Very handy especially if you can't make it to the supermarket.

I'm a business customer and typically hand over dozens of orders daily. I always require proof of postage for my orders and its never too much for the post masters at Green Lane Post Office to service my requirements by taking my items, scanning them in one by one and then providing me with a receipt for every single item. Given the large volumes I sometimes have I can create a quite a queue behind me, so they will open a separate counter in order to ensure that other customers can be served without having to wait too long as a result. I?ve also been on the receiving end of this practise and can say that it is truly an outstanding display of customer dedication and service that is very much appreciated :-)I've been going to this post office for the past 2 years now and can honestly say that without a doubt I have never experienced amazing customer service like this elsewhere. Despite there being another post office just round the corner from me in Norbury, I choose to walk the 3 mile round trip because of the exemplary service and the warm welcome I receive every time I use this branch.I'm so impressed by the professionalism of the staff and the timely manner in which they process my items. I cannot fault anything about the truly great service they deliver.Thank you for a great service! This is quite possibly the best post office branch I have ever used without a shadow of a doubt.

One stop shop. I visited this shop to return a parcel and was able to also do my shop saving me a trip to the local super market. Saved me a lot of time and found that it was cheaper as well. I was able to buy everything I wanted and the staff were extremely helpful too.

Great Services. Walk any time and you will find staff ready to help. Two POST OFFICE Counters really helpful to reduce queues in busy hours. Brilliant Staff at Brilliant Service at Brilliant Time.
