What can I say about Nileshbhai Kothari and his team that hasn't already been said - very helpful and knowledgeable, courteous and goes out of his way to help. His services are second to none and how I wish there were plenty of him around. Keep up the good work Nileshbhai. I would highly recommend.

12/12/23 I been to tooting branch. Mr kothari manager ask money for administration work. 60 pound. He has to scan documents and send via email to India branch. I understand I have to pay for print paper money. But this snake asked me money for courier send this documents.When I went first time tooting branch. He as me money for thins to do it. He has to send email to India branch.I request you to please

My father and cousin had to visit the branch to deal with transferring some funds in our Indian bank account. He dealt with Nilesh who was exceptional and had amazing customer service. We?re very grateful that he made the experience seamless and easy to deal with - thank you Nilesh!

Absolutely useless branch. Refuses to help and has no customer service skills. The ?manager? cannot deal with simple requests of long time bank users. Very disappointed.

I am really disappointed to learn that board has decided to close all BOB operations in the UK. Its difficult to believe that bank, especially the BOB Tooting Branch is so cooperative and have always maintained an excellent relations with clients will shut all operations. I have been holding an account and the Manager has been very professional in guiding the way through. I began with just a 5000 and got couple of huge amount of loans transferred to my BOB account with the help of Manager. Taking personal care of their clients by every member of the bank makes it so special. The entire team is an asset and they should be retained and board should reconsider its decision. I will be happy to remain the client of this bank forever.

Great experience at this branch of Bank of Baroda. I had visited to open NRE / NRO account and Tracy helped a lot. All the staff at this branch is very cooperative, specially to mention Branch manager Mr Nilesh Kothari. There was a delay from India branch and Mr Kothari helped to sort out all the issue. I would recommend this branch.

I have been a customer of Bank of Baroda Tooting branch for the past several years and have been very satisfied with the services they have provided over the years. The current manager Mr Kothari is very pleasant and has been extremely helpful in advising me to get the best out of my accounts. Bank officer Darshna is very efficient and friendly. She has always gone beyond the call of duty to help in dealing with my day to day queries relating to the banking matters. I feel she is an asset to the branch. I wish them all the best.

Exceptional service from Darshana and Nilesh the branch manager. Previously visited two other branches and the service was so appalling .However my visit to tooting branch was a different experience altogether. They were very welcoming and went over and above to sort my issue . The team are a real asset to Bank of Borada .Thank you !
