I have the misfortune to attend this rather well known branded outlet the second time, which is located in a busy street near crowded tooting Broadway underground from my very successful and satisfying visit a few years ago. The extremely poor customer service this time around left a lot of bad taste for me. Unless the main Boot company can overhaul the entire business team, this branch business will not last too long. Arrogant, confrontational, rude, and ignorance of the staff are the usual attribute of this outlet. However I only found out later that this branch was taken over by the new management only a couples of months ago, may be this is the reason why it is so poorly managed?

After Specsavers gave me three different prescriptions for contact lenses & ignored me when I reminded them of my astigmatism, Boots got it right first time.
They are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and I world recommend them over their local competitors any day.

I avoided eye tests for a long time because I always felt I was forcefully sold unnecessary glasses. My visit here was very good, my eyes were thoroughly checked and concerns addressed, didn't feel pressurised at all.
