“My car unfortunately wouldn't start when I was in the car park 21/8/23, I let the store manager know (sorry, forgot her name) and she put my license plate on a 'pass' so that I wouldn't get a parking ticket as I had been there more then the allotted 2 hours once the AA came out. She was great, very professional and a massive help, thank you!”
