I am customer of HSBC tooting branch since one year, very nice service, friendly approach towards customer from every branch staff, last Saturday visited with query, Mrs. Renu attended me , so meticulously listened all the problems, explained me the procedure and she helped a lot, she made it happened, I was fully satisfied when I left the branch, thanks all and thank yo HSBC tooting for wonderful service

I requested a letter proof of address and they send me a bank statement. Incredibly disappointing service. I asked them something and send me something else. Making me loose 2 weeks of work because they don't understand the requests of the customer.

They told me to call them to change information, after I called them they said they can?t do that and I need to come in to the branch (after the branch had closed) , they wasted my time in telling me wrong information

Cashed two cheques from same chequebook the first one bounce the reason they gave was counterfeit cheque but the second cheque cleared.This is inconvenienced me big time and not due to any fault of my own or the person who wrote the cheque. HSBC cheque team just decided it was counterfeit so it didn?t clear but the same chequebook cleared second payment so I know that the cheque wasn?t counterfeit.

Can?t express how professional and helpful Ms Thompson was today with a very sensitive matter !! We walked in and were seen immediately and she not only solved our issue and set the account up but provided further help, it couldn?t have been more efficient or exemplary service from this member of staff, they were all friendly and polite :) thanks so much :)

Customer service is quite poor and seems to be badly managed. Would not recommend this branch if you?re trying to open an account. Had a much smoother experience with Barclays.

Shocking service !! I hold a business account with HSBC for years , I used this branch often as is close to my business .so I went today to withdraw some cash and the lady (Beverley Anderson ) in cashier was very slow and rude , so she ask me my ID card and my bank card witch I give , then she ask me to enter my card to the reader and use my PIN number witch is I did , then ask my to write my email address and the last digits of my phone number . So when I ask her she said for security reasons.as I don?t have a issue with that whatsoever. Then she said my signature didn?t match the signature they hold for me in my account. And I believe I have only 1 signature all my life . Then she went to verify my details with her colleague ( Narmatta thavarajah) and kept me waiting for while . When I went to them to find out what?s the issue . They talk to me very rude without any explanation and she said to me I need to calm down .Then she ask me what?s debit in your account I reply to her I don?t know as too many things in my head . Then she said if you don?t answer you won?t get your money . I was shocked !!! They makes me feel like a idiot standing there . So I felt discriminated and no respect whatsoever. I decide to make legal action against it . Avoid this branch !!!

I am a 10yr old who had a negative experience. HSBC Staff was Abrupt and unprofessional staff. Viola Narmatha on two occasions has denied me access to my own funds telling me how I should withdrew and refusing to let me speak with her line manager.Viola Narmatha need to be retrained!!!

This branch gave me wrong information sent me home to fill in an online form that didnt exist. Another half day wasted I am afraid, b ut i have to go back again to sort it out. Training need identified.
