I had an EXTREMELY AMAZING experience at Kwik Fit Balham this morning. My super heroes Abs and Stan are also my knights in shining armour. My other car is a bus but I was driving my actual car like a bus took a wide turn and mounted the curb leaving a massive hole in my tyre. By the time I made it to break time I realised the extent of the damage to the tyre and by the time I got to Tooting from Stockwell the tyre was ripped to shreds but Abs and Stan saved the day and got me on my way within minutes replacing the tyre for a brand new one and a nice price too. Although a few pounds lighter it was all worth it for the tip top service I got and always get when this distressed damsel visits Balham Kwik fit. This is not the first time they have saved me from myself either. Time and again I repeatedly get quality which keeps me coming back for more. Thank you for being you and all you have done for me over the years. I?m recommending you to all my family and friends wherever you are near or far come to Kwik Fit Balham High Road and feel the love. Have a Sunday as super and you both are. ?????Thanks again you ABSOLUTE LEGENDS. Thanks for opening at 10 on a Sunday too. This all happened within my meal relief and I made it back to work in the nick of time literally, so it really was a kwik fit. Fast efficient service - they also tested and changed my car battery (which was failing) and all was organised and painlessly sorted out in one visit.I use Kwik fit for my servicing and MOT too and always happy with the service.

I was very happy with the service at kwik fit Balham. On both occasions they have been extremely helpful and I was very grateful for the help they gave me with my pressure check on first visit then with my tyre fix.

Couldn't get car into gear. Car was worse off than when I dropped it off in the morning.Wasn't allowed to leave the car in KwikFit overnight for me to call a mechanic/breakdown service - car broke down less than 100m away from KwikFit

Don?t trust this garage. I took my vehicle in for a brakes check as they had started making some scraping noises. I was then told that all 4 brake discs were heavily corroded and needed replacing, (front and back) and that the vehicle shouldn?t really be driven in that condition - I was quoted £500 for the work. However, I then took the vehicle to the official Audi dealership garage and a full vehicle check was carried out. I was told by Audi that the brake pads were in fine condition, only 35% worn and discs were only slightly corroded and definitely didn?t need replacing. It?s clear that they were just trying to make some money here and taking advantage of a young female with little knowledge of cars.

Called Saturday for an appointment - got one for the following Sunday morning (I didn't know you were open Sundays!). Quick & easy and luckily only a small problem so could be fixed there and then within an hour or 2 :)

We shopped around for a while for our Pirelli tyres and Kwik Fit were the most competitive, saved myself £300 not going to BMW! Ordered online and booked at Balham.Met Abs on the day, straightforward, said the car will be ready in 1 hour and it was. Great service, very professional, would definitely highly recommend ?? a

Used this place several times. Yes one of the members of staff seems pretty angry, but he always got the job done quickly and at a reasonable price.Sadly I'm now concerned that safety is a issue. I went in with a nail in my rear tyre. It was fixed. So far so good. I asked if I needed to check and adjust the tyre pressures myself now. The answer was an unequivocal, no, that had already been done. When I got home I checked the tyre pressures anyway. None of them were the same. The fixed tyre was set at 36PSI which is the wrong tyre pressure. The other tyre at the back was 29PSI. The two from tyres both differed too.I don't mind you being slightly rough around the edges. I can put up with the lack of parking and the broken tiles in reception. However a line has to be drawn when my safety and that of my family is on the line.
