The food was great but he service was a little off as we weren't presented with plates and personally had to go get them along with the sauces, I'm not sure if it was a self serve restaurant but you get the point. For the atmosphere it was okay it wasn't

What let it down for me was that I went for dinner and there were no cold refrigerated sagres, and had to go through 6 different salt shakers 5 were empty which I was very disappointed especially as everything esles good ?Come on nandos I know you can do better than this like back in the day when you use todo table service.Valued Portuguese customer don't let the side down.

I've been a dedicated Nando's customer since it opened, but this visit was the worst I've experienced. The management needs to take charge and improve the organisation, as the lack of it was glaringly evident. Waiting for over an hour for food at Nando's was unprecedented, to the extent that we considered cooking our own meals. The manager remained elusive, leaving the overwhelmed floor staff to handle everything, causing visible stress and unfair struggles for everyone working there. When my friend asked the manager about the delay, he ignored her. The issues extended to wrong orders and bland food. We would have left if we hadn't already paid and my friend had frozen food. At that point, a staff member rudely turned around and said, "Well, what do you want, fresh chips?" To make matters worse, we were told at the door that there was a waiting time of 30 minutes, which is why we entered, but this ended up being over an hour.

Awesome service at the table by Amani, who was ever soo helpful...asked if we wanted anything else...filled up our drinks for us...such a nice lady...excellent customer serviceNot had this kind of service before at the Tooting Branch...but can most certainly say this place will be busy from this point onwards if this kind of service carries on.My moms really happy with the service too and says thankyou too.

Huge thanks to the team on Saturday 25th of November. Lots of pressure from other customers but team was kind, helpful and engaging. Manager and staff behind the till were especially great. Thanks everyone will be back.

Marianne took our order very professionally, checking if we had any allergies.The order was spot on, service was quick, food tasty! Despite a very busy evening and some really demanding customers , Marianne kept smiling and making sure everyone got their orders quickly ! Good work ?

I have only once been to Nandos with my grandchildren and I was navigating this experience on my own. I couldn't cope with the concept of ordering with a QR code but the kind young waitor explained I could order at the till. I felt very welcome and I loved my meal.

Just went there today and i got served by akbor. He seated us very fast and made sure we had no allergies before serving.He was very nice and served my food very fast.He made sure the food was right and checked up if everything was okay and had perfect customer service which i really appreciate. Well done for that!

The lady who was in charge was so rude. Firstly I ordered online and the wrong food was delivered to my table. No apology and the manager abruptly snatched the plate away.Secondly I ordered a drink, no glass was given and again I. Had to ask for a glass and the manager took a while to hand the glass and literally shouted ?I only have 2 hands, you have to wait?I have never been spoken to so abruptly at a restaurant.The drunks machine was broken and was told to go downstairs. I was dining on my own and did not want to leave my personal belongings aloneWhen I received the food it was luke warm.This has got to be the worst Nandos I have ever visited. Awful

I waited 40 mims for my food order after being told it would take 10 mins.When I asked amember of staff why i was still waiting he said I should have asked.My food was ready and without checking who it was for it was left in a bag to go stale.When I got home chips were cold bread on chickpea burger was stale.Worse meal I have had from nandos and I ususlly go to balham and do not have this issue.

This place is so dirty. Was shown to a table to sit and there was so much corn kernels and chicken bones underneath the table, however you couldn't miss it so I take it it was OK to sit us there?? The cutlery is filthy, and alternative tables we were sat at were sticky and others stunk of bleach! Food came luke warm, and chips were hard! Will never eat here again.

I just got back from Nandos tooting. They have stopped taking orders on the phone , one has to do it either via their website or in person there- fair enough. I went to the shop and was told there would be a 30 mins wait for my food. Waited 30 mins and the food wasn?t ready . The manager was very polite and apologetic and tried to speed it up for me . It took around 45 mins to get my food in the end. When I got home I opened the boxes and the portions of rice were tiny ! Not impressed at Nandos tooting . Will not be returning.
