Ridiculous Customer Service Ordered food via just eat all was ok aside from my partners burger and chips, there were about 20 chips. Called the restaurant to be told to go there and collect a portion of chips which would be inedible by the time we got home! Do not use this company

For some reason this particular store is terrible. Always raw, always missing something. I get that time is a priority but there?s no point sending out undercooked, incomplete orders!

Have always like papa johns pizzas but will never be ordering again from any location. Pizza delivered to the wrong address (I realised when it was 90 minutes late but they kept on saying it was on the way). After 2 hours they said they?d send another one with free gb. I said just give me the refund. 2 months later and multiple calls later I?ve still not received it. Shocking

I've been meaning to write this review for a while. Papa John's used to be my favourite, but the staff in this shop have ruined that and I've not given them business since February 2020. They are rude and argumentative, which wouldn't be a problem if they didn't constantly mess up orders meaning you had to engage in conversation with them more often than not. They've given me cold pizza, late pizza, hairy pizza, incorrect pizza, not given me pizza they should have, put meat on the veggie side of a pizza, forgotten ice cream and sides, and other things over the years, so no one can say they didn't get a chance to prove themselves.

Ordered pizza from here and found multiple short black hairs in the food absolutely sickening don?t order! The special garlic sauce is also gross.

Delayed. Called shop and asked. They said it was on its way. Over 10 minutes later it arrived and the driver said he only left 5 minutes before.Pizza tasted stale when it arrived. Must have been sat somewhere for a while.
