The Cashier named GT was so inpatient, avoiding me getting discount ShoeZone advertise. She was literally not getting what I was trying to explain her and got irritated upon my question.Very unprofessional attitude towards customer.

Horrible customer service.Me and my wife visited the store. After selecting what we wanted we went to pay. The cashier mocked my wife for misunderstanding the promotion. When asked to explain the promotion he just said its not on it without even double checking or confirming. When asked for a manager, the manager didn't care to even apologise for mocking her. And straight up asked so what is it that you want?We didn't buy and walked out.

Went into shoe zone shop yesterday Saturday 19th of Novembe I was served by 2 excellent member of staff they were very accommodating and very friendly management they deserve a pay rise for the hard work they do. Angela

My first experience of Shoe Zone Tooting and what a wonderful welcome we received. I was looking for a pair of slippers ,.just browsing with hubby a lady said good morning how are you. It took me a moment to realise she was one of the two members of staff as she was so genuinely cheerful I thought it was a friend. I chose a fabulous pair took them to the checkout to be greeted by another staff member who was also so friendly. She ask if I needed a bag. I didn?t as I had shopping bag. She gave me a small bag that obviously the shoe arrived at store in ?just in case something you buy leeks?. How thoughtful. I shall definitely be back

Shoe Zone TootingVery rude customer service from cashier. When I asked about the student discount that was on the screen they replied it is now expired yesterday. Then the manager came and said its just a fruad from our compnay to make money....

Nice shoes specially for those that looking for shoes to work or even scholar shoes for kids it's decent. As well cheap and really good material for the shoes they last long so I recommend this place!
