Very unprofessional rude staff without any reason. The manager Manju at tooting store was specifically rude and arrogant. Poor customer service.

I have repeatedly tried to call the store about my product and they pick up the phone for 2 seconds, put me on hold straight away without speaking to me and put the phone back down. Terrible way to deal with a customer

abi on the tills had such a bad attitude and was extremely rude and not happy. if you hate your job that much, leave. never returning back to this branch the staff are horrible so is the customer service.

10 days for your online order ?The prices have increased excessively, they are often out of stock and you only see this after choosing where to pick up the parcel.But what disappointed me the most is that after placing the order online, I receive a message that my order has been cancelled. I placed the order again on July 30th, and in 2 days I receive an email saying that they received my order and in the following days the warehouse team will prepare it and I will receive it no later than August 7th.So it takes 9/10 days for me to receive the order...Terrible!?

The most unfriendly boy at the till. Young South Asian and miserable as ever. I was waiting for ages in the queue, he didn't call me over I had to go to him. He didn't ask for my superdrug card. He snatched my basket and chucked my items pass the scanner so aggressively, my box of soap fell off the counter and I had to pick it up off the floor. He then just looked at me when he had finished and didn't even tell me the total. I scanned my card and he went to crush my receipt until I asked for it! He gave it and walked off. Okay so, times are hard, we have no idea what one another are going through, but what I do know is, throwing my items at me didn't change a thing in his life so why do it??? Please treat your customers with respect. You're tired okay, but here's a thought... so am I!! This store really needs to train it's staff!!

Well organized and tidy, very helpful and well informed staff, i like that they have small shampoo bottles which very useful for travel. Theres a wide variety of some products while others not so much.
