Rude Staff Would not allow me to use the WC why is there a key code this absolutely stupid I well not be returning this one Tottenham Hale BK is joke why I don't know if is there a key code on the toilet staff members really rude to me he says sorry we're not allowing you in there's no toilets in Tottenham Hale Rt Park why should I've ordered something when I was going to anyway and why they're a key code on the door this need to be removed anybody should be able to use it there's no toilets in Tottenham hell I've used the Leicester Square burger king with no trouble and the part royal and you should be able to use any burger king's the facilities the staff at this location needs to be sacked and put staff in there who wanted a jobs properly as I said there's no facilities at Tottenham hall retail park

Rude staff will fling the food they decide you're getting at you through drive-thru window, don't take orders properly and no customer service. There's literally a Gregg's next door don't waste your time here.

Driver was 30 minutes late because the Burger King in Tottenham Hale had the driver wait 2 hours for the order?. And only to get one burger when I ordered two and a wrong drink. What on earth are u guys doing at this hour ?

Charges to use the disabled toilet or any toilet facility. very rude staff who do not have any empathy. service is also terrible.

This establishment is completely unacceptable. I submitted my drive-through order 20 minutes ago, and I am currently trapped in a waiting queue with no option to reverse and cancel my order. The delay in payment and order collection is highly frustrating.

Looks like a lot of 5* reviews have sprung up from accounts with no history. HmmAfraid this may be the worst BK in the world. Regular shouting matches as people lose the rag about missing, cold or wrong food. You've never seen a place with less urgency, motivation or attention to detail

Missed items on orders.Witch is not a problem when food is given back but workers here dont give the missed food.We lost the receipt, It truth, but it is 1000% truth that they give the orders with missed items.

PLEASE STAY CLEAR if you?re looking to grab food quickly.Made the mistake of ordering from here during my lunch hour at work twice and both times I?ve had to wait close to an hour for my meal.Asked staff multiple times where?s my food and she would barely acknowledge my presence.When she finally acknowledged me, they realised they had given the order to someone else and then gave my order in 5 mins after.One of the worst fast food experiences.

I go to this Burger King solely because it?s the closest one but it is not my first choice. Orders take almost up to 45mins to receive and can be wrong sometimes. The atmosphere isn?t the most positive places to be as there are a few disgruntled customers and employees. This review was written from my last experience but a build up of multiple past visits.I like Burger King as a brand and I feel that?s the only reason they have consumers but something needs to be done about this branch so that they will have less upset customers and they won?t have to put fake Spanish reviews on here to get their ratings up.

Poor, slow service has never stopped me from eating at Burger King. But this evening I order 20 nuggets and 2 large fries to takeaway. I get home and there?s 18 nuggets in the box. Can?t you count? I want my money back! This is ridiculous !!

This branch is the worst I?ve ever been to.Customer service is horrific. Most people struggle to use the machine to order and when you are struggling they don?t even acknowledge you when you are asking for help .They also don?t have till service when there are tills there but they clearly just cannot be bothered where as every other Burger King I have been to has till service .Not only that they gave me the wrong order when trying to ask for a new one they wanted to argue about it with me .They are also just not polite at all and I don?t understand why I?m paying for mayonnaise sachets.Overall not good service

Went to pick up an order today. No major issues. They didn't have diet coke but were apologetic enough and offered alternatives. You can find some good offers through app on occasions so definitely worth a visit if you happen to be in the area or shopping at the retail park.

If it is fast food you are after this is not the place to go deliver and orders seem like they take forever. However when my food finally arrives 4times out of 5 the food taste fresh so it somewhat makes up for it. So despite the service being slow the 4 stars due to food rating being fresh majority of the times.

This must be the slowest Burger King I've ever been to. The staff were also arguing constantly and left many people waiting.The burger however was delicious, King fries were so so.

Such a bad restaurant! I went twice to there and both times the experience was very negative. Both times, I did not get what I had ordered. The person who served me didn't listen and just put up an order. When I pointed it out to them, they were very dismissive. They were not even apologetic. Moreover, the service is extremely slow. Don't go there! I won't anymore.
