Just popped in for a few things. It was quiet when I went in today so it was easy to get around the store and find what I wanted. There was only one person ahead of me at the checkout so I was served quickly. The checkout lady was friendly and efficient too. The store was clean and tidy and I would definitely shop here again.

I ordered from here for the first time I had items missing and haven't been refunded for them and alot of my freezer stuff was defrosted like ice lollies that iv had to bin. I won't be ordering again. I was going to contact them but after reading the rest of the comments there would be no point

I Forgot an item that I purchased at the till, came back half an hour later to get it wasn?t there so I asked a worker but he offers no help whatsoever.very poor customer service :(

They doubled the prices for some items and then reduced them to have them sold. People know the prices so I don?t see the point.Also, there was a long queue at the till and just one of the member of staff was working. Two others were chatting and laughing. I had to go and tell them off and one of them said she finished her shift. She could have gone instead of keeping the other chatting.Also it all looks messy in that store which wouldn?t attract shoppers in.The store needs some better management.

Got pickpocketing in shop by till. One till open security guard by till. Cctv in store. Not visiting again. PICKPOCKETS IN STORE.

Never right with this store on deliveries. Driver from Uber shows up. Missing bag of ice, 4 cans beer and ice cream. So contact Iceland and they say not our problem contact Uber. Pathetic customer service. Never shop at this store again.

I seriously think this place has the most rudest staff of any Iceland stores. Definitely going to give this place a swerve.
