The Worst Mail Delivery, I was waiting my parcel since in the morning and then I?ve checked my email and suddenly it says attempted to deliver haha joke, after that I decided to check my CCTV and he didn?t even knock the door. How ridiculous!

If I could give this DO a minus Zero I will definitely do. Don?t know which one is WORSER Royal Mail or Evri!. Was suppose to receive my parcel on Thursday, following day I was at home and I get an email stating no was at home ?\\u200d?. HOW? Didn?t hear no knocking, no bell, NOTHING. And this has happened on numerous occasions. And I was able to retrieve my package on Saturday. The DO opening time don?t make sense when I go there it?s either closed or the queue is super long! If you don?t like the job simply leave, there?s so many people who are in need of a job (some might even do a better job than you)

Very poor customer service. I went to drop off a parcel today and a very rude curly-haired woman mid 30s told me they closed at 5pm when on the website it says they close at 6pm she didn't care to apologise or explain why they closed early. I arrived at 4:50pm and she still claimed they were already closed. I had to catch two buses to get to royal mail just for her to tell me they closed over an hour early with no explanation. Appalling service! Wasted my time because of a worker's laziness and poor service.

As described ? black female wearing glasses late 50?s ?.\\nAll of the 8 reviews resumed what happens to me when I parked my scooter ( when was allowed ) outside at the staircase. She would deliberately serve other customers ( that small room was packed and queue was all the way to the entrance on the main street ). On camera I had customers asking her to serve me. On camera I had people asking me not to call the police for this matter. On camera a sweet guy came out and wanted to serve me somehow and I said to her that he needs a pay rise. Her reply was ? I can tell him not to serve you ?. On camera I have when I was finally served by someone else like a stray dog in their car park ( where no people are allowed ) in the loading bay.\\n\\nIt was very frustrating and that creature still works there. That?s how much they care about the bad reviews. Such a disgrace for the human society she is. Soon I won?t be needing the service from this post office and that?s when she?ll get the adjective she deserves . If I find the video I?ll post here.

i?ve always gotten my parcels there (7+ years) with no issues at all. however sometimes the queue can be quite long, i normally just go after collage and im fine but weekend wait can be 30 mins +. overall very efficient place

I will be reporting this sorting office to the Chief Executive. I have received 3 important letters (NHS, Bank) delivered to my address, on the same day, for other customers! Very shabby service. Can't these post people read? It is clear that whoever posted these letters could not care less. I am also missing parcels every now and then. Crooks!

Very poor services from Royal Mail delivery guys. They don't even knock on the door and just leave that piece of paper saying that they tried to deliver but nobody answered. I literally heard the letter box open when they dropped that piece of paper but never heard someone knock the door. Poor service!!!!! Doesn't even deserve 1 star at all.

Annoyed with the post man that doesn't even ring my bell which means I have to come down to the office. However Sunday, the lovely gent that works behind the desk was really helpful and went above and beyond to get my parcel from the back for me, despite its status saying it was due to redeliver to mine the next day already. His colleague wasn't so keen to help.\\n\\nThank you Sunday!

3 years since I live here, never met such rude customer service, when I asked about my package. Payed for Tracked 24, had to wait 4 hours for the driver and still didn't show up in the end. I hope she gets fired, period.

Never had an issue when collecting a parcel, only con is having to wait a whole day to collect a parcel when they?ve missed you at home

Awful service, no attempt to deliver to my flat. They clearly have access to building but choose not to knock on my door to provide parcel. Worse delivery service ever

Worse service ever. My parcel was supposed to be delivered this morning. The postman left it on my door and stood on the stairs. I opened the door to get my package, then he suddenly came running towards me, grabbed the package from me and left. I was speechless and shocked. After he left, he changed the status of my tracked item three times. Delivered, Delivery Attempted - Address Inaccessible, Refused - Returned to Sender. After one hour, he came back aggressively knocking on the door, I opened and got my package. The rudest person I've ever met, just because you are having a bad day, it doesn't mean you can take it out on others. If you don't like your job, just quit. Disgusting service.
