I have been using this branch for 5 years now, you have had amazing staff so far.I only find out today that you are employing staff that teaches also morals and how to say please and thank you.I visited the branch today, one of your staff he was wearing glasses and a big necklace at work, a but strange for that to be part of the uniform but ok. I said to hi, Hi, are you ready for the codes? He wanted me to say, ?Hello, good afternoon, how are you, can I please havethese items?. He started repeating himself 2-3 times to tell him the exact words otherwise he wasn?t going to serve me. I wasn?t being rude to him on anyway and to be treated like this is unacceptable. If you don?t want people business, we shall know to go somewhere else because implying to others to speak on e certain way, I don?t think that is acceptable

Siobhan, Thomas and Nas made sure I got what I needed. It was a busy day with a few unruly customers ahead of me but they were dealt with professionally and swiftly. Before I knew it they were assisting me in my project, I'm no expert in the field but they gave me friendly professional advice and made sure I left with everything I needed to complete my task. Here I am a few days after having completed my project with a newfound confidence which I feel, I owe to them.Thank you.I'd highly recommend this store for Hobbyists and professionals alike.
