“I am disabled I cannot stand for long. I was fortunate the three people in front of me let me go directly to the cashier. He was very helpful and got what I wanted straight away. The only problem I can see is that there are no staff to be seen if you need to ask for help. The day I went the only way to ask for help was to join a long queue at the cash station. Also certain items are displayed too low for people like me to continually bend that low to see if the item you want is at floor level.”
