This M&S was very tidy, full of stock with many reduced items which was nice to see and had self service checkout along with a few normal tills open! It?s a bit shop so there?s fridge/freezer food, a bakery and normal household items as well. Finding a good deal at M&S always is nice to see so it was a good visit today! I?ve been here a few times and this has been my experience every time.

Thank you mirva( manager ) might have the spelling wrong and Ozzie who helped me today when the dine in offer didn?t go through.Lovely customer service, very helpful and full of apologies. A delight!

As it's getting warmer, I was extremely disappointed to see that my local MS has no bicycle racks - had to leave my bike unsecured.It's quite an oversight

My experience at this store was fine up until I had no choice but to go onto a till as the self checkout were closed off. I was served by a miserable staff member called Vivian who had the audacity to ask me WHY and WHAT I was buying my food items for.Does it really matter why I?m buying a salad? Should Vivian be asking me why I?m buying a salad at 8pm ? When I ignored the question because I didn?t feel the need to answer it?she goes ahead and says ?gosh is that supposed to be your dinner??.This is why some people avoid the tills and head towards self checkouts M&S, it?s because we don?t want a Vivian asking us about our shopping! Sort out your customer service!!!!

Asked to have a freshly baked sourdough loaf sliced but Nora at the bakery section along with her duty manager refused to do it saying it was against Marks and Spencer policy despite the fact that most other loaves were already sliced . Can this ridiculous policy be correct? Only teo weeks a go I saw a sign on the bakery counter saying please let a member of staff know if you would like your bread sliced. Hardly a big ask to keep a customer loyal.Would give zero for customer service if google permitted.

M&S never let you down, great food and service, can get a little crowded during certain hours because this is a relatively smaller food hall compare to others.

Had a terrible customer service experience in store today. I ordered a cake which didn?t arrive on time (was supposed to be for yesterday, clearly said collection by 23rd). My app was showing ?on its way to store? until the morning of 24th.As I only received my email notification today. I went in store today to say I don?t need the cake anymore and I?d like a refund. I was shouted at by store manager Tracey, according to her it?s my fault, as despite for no notification yesterday, I needed to come and enquire about it. Absolutely appalling experience as for M&S, email complaint to follow

Avoid Lucy on the till, pretty sure she was either drunk or hungover, no customer service skills whatsoever and should not be doing this job!!

I had such a positive experience with my two year old son in this M&S. Unfortunately without much warning he was very sick and a substantial ?clean up on aisle three? operation was initiated. The staff were incredibly nice about it, giving me wet wipes, tissues and bottles of water all without charge. They smiled and chatted with my son while I made a somewhat futile attempt to clean us both up. Thanks to everyone for such great service and I will continue to shop in the Whetstone store regularly!

All staff are very good and cooperative but there is one of a security guy who wearing glasses with short beard look like Muslim a very decent guy who is very helpful having a strong and good communication skills he help me out a lot of time on the tills even if I want to change some item he bring it for me and most of the time I saw him he helping the store staff and other people in the store? we need these types of guys around us I saw at different stores they are just looking very weird and rudely in which we feelUncomfortable ??

M&S never dissapoints. I always go there for my daily snack and breakfast since its close to my work place and its always a pleasure. The sandwiches are amazing, the juices and sausages are delicious as well.

Have gone into store 4 times in past 3 weeks,the product i want they havnt got,,been told to go into store in morning,when get delivery, and still no item,,,eventually bumped into woman who ran that stocking of food section,was apologetic, took my phone number to call me when product in stock,great personal service ?
