“I went to Halfords and they helped me locate the tools I needed.I don't really understand all the bad reviews. Clearly at peak times the shop is understaffed and this did show on my visit. However being rude and generally complaining is just not acceptable by the public.Perhaps Halfords you could get a self check-out for people who are just picking smaller items up then that would leave staff more readily available for questions.Best,Jake”
