Came here to find their lunch hours and see a ton a bad reviews so had to add my 2 cents.Whenever I have to wait now it's because they're being overly helpful (which is not a complaint) to a customer asking a ton of questions.To be honest, I used to hate going there but they have all new staff now.The "head pharmacist" (?) is very professional even when she probably has a right to be impatient with me lol.

By now I?m very happy with service. I use it for almost a year now. I did not experience any delays and I am always notified by text when my prescriptions are ready.

My pregnant partner very I?ll with flu so went in there week advise any medicine she can take safely due to pregnancy she said there is only one thing ?broncho stop cough syrup?Got home told partner pharmacy told me it?s all good take this luckily she looked on box said do not have if pregnant! I didn?t check because I?m a bloke

WORST experience ever! This chemist gave over an old prescription from my previous docs with my previous address and not my latest prescription with my new address and new docs surgery.I went back today explaining they gave me the wrong prescription the manger was not helpful but upset me and only caused an argument and stress.All I wanted was To return the wrong medicine that I received and paid for in exchange for the correct.This Boots did not want to help me or actually listen to what has happen. I have made contact with boots customer services and placed a complaint as Boots owe me a refund and an apology for causing stress instead of being helpful.The worst Boots experience ever and I am waiting for my refund!!! And yes I left the wrong prescription in the managers hands.And if they actually put time in caring for their customers they would of given the correct medicine in the first place.Poor Poor Service.

Very poor customer service. The lady at the counter was not helpful at all. Tried asking her info abt some products, she refused to check it in the system. She asked us to make it quick. It felt like she wanted to drive us away. Not a customer focused store. They don't really know how to offer a good service.
