Best charity shop that I found. New manager Veena and staff is so kind and helpful. It's wonderful to come across a place where the staff truly cares about the customers' needs and goes above and beyond to ensure their satisfaction. They always treat their customers the best and offer the best products at affordable prices.

Extremely rude staff. Also be very careful what you buy there, as even if you have a receipt of a damage good they sold you ,they are not willing to refund you and you get abused

Please be very careful buying things from this charity as even with a receipt they refuse to refund money on damaged goods. Don't accept a voucher to buy something else in the shop your not happy with.

I have been to several charity shops in the last few days an have found the helpful & friendly but unfortunately it wasnt the cas when I went to this one the lady on the till was helpful but the lady in the back room was quite rude an i will not be going back to this shop again

The most professional charity shop in Whitton, very slick and only items in top quality condition are put out for sale. Prices are very good and the staff and volunters are a pleasure to deal with.
