Very nice friendly shop. New manager is very helpful and nice. Every time I?m there and need help she is there for me. I highly recommend this shop for everyone who loves to shop in Cancer Research .

Verbal abuse is one of here Manager favourite things make me heart broken and also a stuff member laughing when young Manager hurting you I just cried and couldn't say any thing may I'm poor but I have soul and heart you can not hurt peaple because they are shopping from Charity shop never back there .

The shop is good and the sales assistants are lovely and helpful. But don't dare park in the manager's parking spot oh noo or fear the rath of a 1 minute long beep from her car horn in the early hours of the morning. There are nicer and more polite ways of asking someone to move from your spot love.How are you so sour if you work at a charity shop? Have some respect for the area and the residents that have to hear you...

Went here today to look for some wine glasses, barely made it in the door before a member of staff tried throwing my buggy with my 8 month old in, out of her way! No apologies her behaviour, she just walked back in as if she'd done no wrong! Disgusting behaviour!

Maybe if they closed at 1pm the staff could go home and be less grumpy the next day ?. Would give 0 stars if I could. WORST CHARITY SHOP IN TWICKENHAM, just don't go there!

Disgusting. The manager there is extremely rude and unprofessional. She attacked me for filming clothes on my phone and started shouting at me and calling me names. I didn?t even had a chance to explain myself. She might have been upset and not wanting me to film, but could have asked politely not to film and not making a scene. Especially that I was not even saying anything and not bothering any other customer nor staff. I was standing alone in the aisle. What a disgrace.

The sales assistant was lovely the manager however was arrogant and uncommunicative. I had to exchange an item and she was very reluctant to help. I hate to leave a negative review because the work cancer research stores do is incredible. Perhaps a little customer service skills training for managers would be helpful. The assistant was very kind however.

Nice, clean charity shop, reasonable prices. Manager assistant - Tom is very helpful and has a great customer manners.
