After going through my warranty issues on the phone with EE they made me an appointment at my local store I was greeted by a you man that offered me a seat and we started going through the issues with my handset, only to be interrupted by a young lady that promptly made all manner of assumptions as to how old my phone was and that I would have to wait a week if I went through them, and I should go elsewhere, I said politely that I was dealing with the young man that had greeted me and I would like to go through with him any concerns I had and what we would do to resolve my issues, she kept interrupting me and not letting me speak so I asked her again to let me qualify my issues with the guy that greeted me, she kept saying I?m just trying to give you advice to which I said how can you advise me if you won?t even let me finish a sentence, at this point I said you know what I will call again and make an appointment elsewhere and asked for the young lady?s name, she said you will have to guess it as she won?t be giving it to me, I then asks to see the manager who was with another customer, I said that?s fine I took a seat and started to wait, while waiting she was still mouthing off about me so I stood up and confronted her and asked her to be quiet I did at this point loose my temper a bit but sat down again and waited for the manager who did to be fair try and resolve my issue, in my life I?ve never experienced a interaction in a retail setting quite like it, I will be moving network as soon as my contract is up based on this interaction alone. 10 years multiple handsets watches and sim contracts thousands spent, very disappointing

I drove 18min to the closest EE branch in Twickenham and although it says the store is open on Google AND on there own store, the store was closed ?

Went there today because my phone had black screen and I couldn't get it to work. Helpful and friendly Irzan has managed to fix the issue in less than 2 minutes.Wonderful staff, highly recommended!
