ordered bulb and payed online . after i got confirmation email of collection i went towards Halfords Twickenham branch but upon reaching manager Farid was rude and saying bulb out of stock . i had travelled all the way from southall to Twickenham waste of my time . shame

My 3 month electric bike was left on shop for repair and was promised to give it back after 2 weeks but unfortunately they were unable to repair it on time and told me to wait for more 2 to 3 days, for me it was unacceptable as I was using taxi to get to work which was costing me a lot, after long discussions with Halfords staff they agreed to give me new bike, which is much appreciated.Hoping this bike have no issues.

Got roof bars but didn?t fit that was ok got a refund but one person that was doing the fitting service didn?t know the difference between a 4 door car and a 5 door car and your letting him work on peoples cars had a battery fitted a while ago but you and you couldn?t get that fitted correctly lost radio and windows stopped working correctly was told I wouldn?t loss anything

Not only did she provide valuable insights and recommendations, but she also suggested bringing my car and baby the next day to ensure the perfect fit.I was genuinely impressed by Jade's dedication and exceptional customer service skills.
