Although I’m generally a confirmed online buyer I found this store a much better option - the range is excellent, prices are good, the advice given is very valuable and service is first class through the whole process. Examples of service: the manager calculated my carpet layout to minimize my cost; ancillary items are available in the store; the store’s own fitters are true professionals and very nice chaps. In summary… in an age when we see mediocrity all around us, it is a pleasure to shop in this store and get a sense of real professionalism.”
