My mum lives in ham and used to go to the Twickenham branch to shop and get home delivery. The last time she went she was told that they had stopped the delivery service. Shes a 84 year old woman who has to take two buses to get to the store. One customer lost.Being inquisitive I thought I would look on line to see why, and the information is telling me they do deliver. Was this a temporary thing

some products are cheaper than lidl.I personally don't like their meat but their frozen meat products aren't that bad.the size of their large free range eggs is not as large as those from lidl.this is just a good supermarket to grab some snacks and coke.

I go for the My Protein meals and the chicken steaks in batter which BTW are PERFECT for air frying....slice em up and add then to an Avocado salad and bam that's dinner for me....

As a customer on a mobility scooter this store is perfect for me. Shelves and freezers well stocked. The aisles are wide and uncluttered. Staff very helpful and friendly.

shelfs for some of the essentials are always empty (eggs, bread etc). You have to ask a staff to check and on occasions staff have been kind enough to bring the item from the back while some staff just refuse to even check. Also this shop has shopping trollys which staff don't let you take out to the street parking which is next to the Iceland.
