I would like to report how rude the staff in this marks and Spencer are. The staff on the tills seem to really not want to be there and are very unhelpful. Different to Kew retail retail park. They seem to go that little bit extra. I will not go into Twickenham any more.

the lady at the desk in front of the shop by the tills wearing a black mask all the time (lady it's been 3 years) is so rude and incopetent to work for this premium marks and spencers.every time i come in she starts acting aggressive once i pointed out the the bakery is not fresh and one of the crossants was on the floor she started arguing (instead of just saying sorry or fixing the problem)if youre not happy where you work just change other people will gladly replace you.

Without a doubt one of the worst M&S stores around . Ridiculously cramped and cluttered unhelpful staff and all self serve tills .

Been going to this store many years,Prices have risen dramatically but prepared to pay if items in stockIf marks&spencer are planning on closing this store they are very clever,As that miserable angry grumpy so rude to customers that black elderly shop assistant with black turban/glasses is so unhelpfulAlways snaps at people, walks away when need help, managers need to retire her or keep back of store away from their customers, she supposed to be Customer Care Assistant. There have Been many complaints about this horrible miserable womanOn next door groups and personal experience from friends, family, colleagues.Managers we the public don't come to spend our money to be insulted by your staff member.

Marks and Spencer on King Street, Twickenham is a shining beacon of quality and class in the heart of the bustling shopping area. From the moment you walk through the doors, you're enveloped in an environment that screams quality, from the well-organized displays to the curated selection of products available. The store carries an impressive variety of items, with a particular focus on food and beverages. The food hall is exceptional, brimming with fresh produce, bakery items, ready meals, and an array of international delicacies that cater to a multitude of dietary needs.M&S Twickenham's clothing and home goods sections are equally impressive. The clothes are stylish, durable, and cater to a range of ages and tastes, while the home goods section offers a tasteful selection of high-quality items that are as functional as they are beautiful. However, it's worth noting that this quality and sophistication come at a price. M&S Twickenham is notably pricier than other nearby retailers. While the products are indeed superior in quality, shoppers on a tight budget may find it hard to justify the extra expenditure, especially for everyday staples that can be bought for less down the road. The staff at this location deserve a special mention. They're polite, professional, and always eager to help, enhancing the overall shopping experience. The store is clean, well-lit, and spacious, making for a comfortable browsing and shopping environment. On balance, M&S Twickenham offers a high-end shopping experience that exudes quality, variety, and class. If you're willing to spend a little extra for superior products and a pleasant shopping environment, this store is well worth a visit. Considering the quality of products and service, offset by the higher price point, a four-star rating feels appropriate.

The place itself is quite small which can be annoying during peak times - but the staff are absolutely lovely. Thank you to the kind staff lady who made sure I didn?t slip on a rainy day and went to the back to get me a wine holder to take home.

My experience at M&S in Twickenham is always disappointing. Firstly, the rude behavior of the staff, who seems uninterested in helping customers locate the items they need. Most of the times I found myself leaving the store without several items from my shopping list as they were out of stock or missing for several days.In addition to the poor customer service, I found the goods in the store to be significantly overpriced (also compared to other M&S stores or ocado as well), making it difficult to justify the expense. What is even more shocking is the store's practice of increasing most of the goods prices by 5 or 10p on a weekly basis, which is completely unacceptable.Furthermore, I am shocked to discover that the 350gr baguette, which is already overpriced at £2, had been increased to £2.40 but has a real weight of just 300/310gr on average (and I am buying it on a daily basis, see picture), making it a total rip-off.Overall, I cannot recommend M&S in Twickenham due to its consistently poor service, overpriced goods, and questionable business practices. I would suggest that anyone looking for a better shopping experience should consider shopping elsewhere.

The store is too small with no room to move if there is someone, emphasis on one, shopping as it blocks the whole aisle. Staff constantly leaving stuff everywhere which further makes things difficult. Staff are also extremely rude and accuse people of stealing without grounds. Self service machines are small, buggy, and don't function.

I went there this morning, did some shopping and wanted to change my bags for life. I was told by staff member at the till that you no longer change them and haven?t done so since Covid is that true ?

Nice shop, good assortment of food, but very small, so not much room to move down the aisles. Lots of customers in here with no manners whatsoever

Nice little M&S with a great backdoor to the car park, however it?s too small and there?s not enough here.
