So this post office is an amazon drop off and collection point. And they decide to shut from 22 to 26 December. Without telling Amazon. The busiest time of year and totally let down as packages will not arrive for Xmas.

Very rudeevery single times I visited thereI face a different attitude of the guy who mostly worksYesterday I handed my parcel a minute before 5pm , the collection was due very soon as all the bags were ready to pick up at 5pm he said it will leave tomorrow, I said why don?t you put it in todays last pick up he said you purchased your postage online so royal mail doesn?t pay us for this.I could do it if you paid the postage in here he said! Can you believe thisIf royal mail doesn?t pay them then why they take it and print receipts!I am sure he was lying to meI hope he sent it this morning not keeping for himself or delaying it

I leave here frustrated almost every single time. Only use this Post Office as it?s the closest to my home. Never had any problems with the actual sending or pickup of parcels but the queues are a joke as only ever one person serving. The last three visits I have queued on average for 15-20 minutes to send one parcel. This has been regardless of what time of week I?ve visited. May just have had bad luck. Fine service, just expect to queue.

These guys are great, very accommodating and friendly. For a small shop they have a surprising number of services (like balloons and helium!)

I can't rate this Post Office highly enough, Jeevan always goes the extra mile. As a drop&go customer he has seen us through the pre/during/post pandemic and he's helped us out innumerable times. He's always available to advise and help and he always makes you feel welcome and never a bother. Would definitely recommend!

St Margarets Post Office offer the utmost in personal customer service. Jeevan and his sister are always helpful with my Drop & Go items, and will happily order anything I need re: stationery. Thoroughly recommend this Post Office. 10/10

Jeevan and his wife and sister at the Everydays Post Office in St Margaret?s are always so helpful. They go that extra mile to get my parcels safely on their way. I am a regular business user if this branch and am very pleased with their service in St Margarets. We need to keep our local post office branches open so everyone please support them

I want to report the shop keeper. Today I came in to post two parcels and I had purchased my stamps online. He was very aggressive, shouted at me that I should be ashamed of not buying my stamps and his shop. I was shocked. This shop should be closed - so many issues have been reported. This post office is known for charging people more on parcels than they should pay for. Avoid this shop. Aggressive and awful shop keeper.Update to my previous review: all parcels that I posted never arrived. The exact same thing happened last time I posted a parcel from this shop. Coincidence? I opened an investigation via Royal Mail.

We use the drop and go service on a daily basis at Everydays. Jeevan and his staff are always extremely helpful and efficient and it is a brilliant and quick way of sending parcels.

I cannot speak more highly of Jeevan and his staff at St. Margaret's Post Office. For any postal request they will kindly guide you through the entire process. The shop has a great selection of post supplies, cards for all occasions and stationary for work and school. Credit to the local community, keep up the good work.

Unhelpful & miserable staff. They open when they feel like it. Any problem and they blame Royal Mail or the customer even when they?ve accepted, scanned and measured the parcel. The so called partnership between Royal Mail and the Post Office is a joke. No integration of systems, no consistency of pricing and absolutely zero customer service. No accountability, believe me if you have a problem it?ll be your fault or someone else?s but never theirs. Apparently I?m no longer welcome as a customer. That?s how proactive they are.

Probably the most unreliable post office I?ve come across. Every single time I leave home with my parcels to post I come across the sign below. The schedule listed on Google and post office website is fiction. Moreover, the guy who runs the shop is ALWAYS miserable and has a snappy attitude. One day I called to enquire about some postage fees and he started barking down the phone at me about how he loses money if I buy postage online and how he has to close his shop, etc. All he had to say was ?I?d prefer it if you bought the postage in shop, as it helps my business? instead of going into a tirade like an angry child. Close your business and go somewhere else if you can?t cope. Another trip to Richmond it is?

Jeevan really goes out of his way to make his customers happy. I know the queues are long but he's definitely giving it 100% effort. These times are hard for everyone and I really appreciate his cheery manner and good customer service!
