Had the worst experience in this shop, the owner was so rude on two occasions to me & then behaved in an appalling way to my husband, spoke down to him, ignored him & put her back to him when he went to collect an item. I will never go into this shop again! Poor customer skills by the owner who clearly does not worry about how she treats customers

Very rude and Unhelpful staff, The customer service is as poor as it gets, Twickenham School should consider their partnership with this business and should offer choice to parents.Would suggest avoiding this business to save hassle and potential poor experience.
